Of all the Kolas locations, South Watt (formerly House of Organics) has the best budtenders by far. Dominick in particular helped me out on a few occasions when I was having some issues. Can't thank you enough!

Wow, you guys really should look into who you hire as security guards. I am disabled. It takes me a while to get my mask on, etc. What is wrong with these guys yelling at me? Can you not explain to them that some people use this plant as medicine, might need a little more time and understanding? I spend more than $400 every month at your stores. Please ask the company who supplies your security to train their employees better. Thank you.

Do NOT go here (KOLAS - Florin Perkins Rd.) if you are immunocompromised!!!!! The staff there refuse to wear face masks and mocked me for wearing one. I feel completely disrespected. You know that people like me are dying of this virus, don't you? Been going here for years, now I have to find a new place... :-(

I would give no stars if I could. Budtenders are fine, but the management is mean and nasty. Don't patronize this place. There is better in Sac.

Nathan is just the kindest budtender you ever met! I was really impressed with how he was willing to take time to help me even though it was busy. Plus their prices are some of the best I've seen in Sac! Great selection too.
