I just want to drop a note to Brittany, who went out of her way to assist me. I had bought Kind disposable pen last week for my wife (also an authorized patient. For some reason, it would NOT draw. Although Emerald was out of stock (due to a recent sale), she agreed to reorder one for me. I also asked how cartridges in general can be "unstuck", she explained, I went home and tried it, and it worked, saving two cartridges for me. Now that is Customer Service! I went to THE GOOD last Thursday because I saw that they were featuring cartridges at great prices. After discussing my options with Andres, I settled on SLURRICANE and ANNIHILATOR (both from VENOM).
