Perfect spot!
First time customer, couldn't be more pleased. The place is immaculate, the prices are great, and the customer service phenomenal, starting with the check in desk though walking out with my order. My budtenders were The Amazing Justin and Rachele "Like from Friends" and were super knowledgeable and helped me take advantage of all the discounts available and pertinent to my order. Shout out to the gentleman at the check-in desk, I didnt get his name, sorry, man. Great experience, will be returning often. Highly recommend, friends!

Great Prices and Availability, but...
Everything was great on my last visit, 12/28/20, via online order and curbside pickup. Make sure you have your order email pulled up and verify that everything is there and correct. They were most helpful and ran back inside to get what was missing, so all ended well. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

First Time of What Will Be Many!
Wow! First Time Patient, couldn’t be happier. Amazing and fast service, great communication (they called me to make sure the order was correct) and showed up less than 25 minutes from placing the order, 35 if you add my kickoff text to send the required documentation. Will be using again, as often as my wallet can afford!! I’d leave 420 stars, but WM caps it at 5... Shout out to Thomas, my driver. Thanks again, man! Thanks again all.

Excited and then...
Could’ve been better. Was excited to throw down because of the dutchie site. I had placed an order, used my card to pay for it. Only to find out that when you go to pick up your order, your card payment is not acceptable as this is a cash only shop. No big deal, other than altering of plans. What’s the point of having the online ordering of its not really what it’s touted to be? Also, I would’ve hoped (and not that I was owed or anything) that a new shop would love people coming in and dropping $200+ on the first visit. Apparently, that gets you a thanks and please go away. Oh, well. Update: also, check your receipts. I didn’t get my MMID discount, or the 10% discount that I was told I would get as a FTP [[THIS DISCOUNT WAS APPLIED!! Credit where credit is due]]The more I can save, the more I can spend. And why would you not want a) patients? and/or b) more sales? Lame.

Blythe, CaliforniaI am sorry you didn't have the best experience, as that's what we try to give to everyone that comes through the door. Dutchie is a platform we use so people can see our menu online and place an order, so it's ready when they come into the shop. Unfortunately, banking regulations makes it very difficult to accept anything except cash, but Dutchie knows this and will not ask you for any credit card info during checkout, nor will it process any payments as that is done through our Point of Sale system at the shop. As for the discounts, it seems like the first time 10% off discount was applied, so that's a good thing. We actually chose 10% off rather than a flat discount or just a free preroll because it benefits those who spend more, like you mentioned. If you have a valid MMIC card issued by the California Department of Health Services, please bring this to our attention so you can get the sales tax taken off your receipt. Unfortunately, a paper recommendation from a physician will give you a higher daily limit, but will not allow you the sales tax discount (Good 'ol CA rules). We hope this clears things up and we hope to see you again soon!! -The Prime Leaf

Great shop, great flower, great budtenders, great prices. Love this shop!! Update: 9/21/19- made it to the shop for a Rove customer appreciation event, and was expertly assisted by Jazzy (sorry if I misspelled that, my friend). She couldn’t have been more helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and just bubbly fun. Strains rules, Sabrina and Angela from Rove were awesome, Moe at the front desk was awesome (thanks for the Strains Bag, man!), and Melvin on Security Newark was awesome. Top notch operation, you all. Thanks again, see ya soon!

The selection and deals are awesome, as is communication from start to finish. Definitely will keep recommending and will be a frequent customer. And, take the direction and go to the website as well for more images and descriptions of the products. Helped me navigate and narrow down my selections. Happy hunting, you won't be disappointed!
