The Manager (not sure her name) is the best. I always seems to get stuck behind customers who are choosing flower from the flower bar, and have to smell multiple buds before deciding on one (which I don't mind) but the manager (again don't remember her name) always just pops out and helps me quickly. She's always happy and outgoing.
