Hi there. We're sorry about your experience. We are a licensed and legal dispensary and follow our state, county and city laws. All of our products come prepackaged, according to state law. However, we do have several strains displayed that you can view and smell before deciding on your purchase. We hope you can make it in again sometime and come check them out!

Hello Nobodysbass, our apologies that you didn't have an ideal experience here at Strain. If the music was too loud and you had asked to turn it down or off we would have been happy to do so for you as we do that regularly for any of our patients with hearing difficulties. We really try to do whatever is necessary to accommodate our patients when they ask for it. We just added a new wheelchair ramp because one of our handicapped patients requested it. You just need to let us know what you need. As for the 45/gram of Rosin that was a deal that was being run on a patient appreciation day run by NATIV (a rosin company) that was only available as a promo that day. We try to stock meds in all donation ranges but 45 for a gram of rosin is a ridiculously low ticket. A list of our upcoming demo days can be found on our weed maps or Facebook pages. We have a different company come in every Friday and Saturday between 4 and 7 pm, and occasionally some at different days/times. There will be another NATIV demo day on the 9th of December if you'd like to come in to get the special you were originally looking for. We sincerely apologize if any of our staff were not able to assist you to your liking. We genuinely try to train all of our bud tenders (even to the point of having mandatory product-knowledge classes) to be exceptional, so it upsets me to hear that this happened. Do know it will be brought up in our next meeting to prevent any possible future occurrences. We're glad you like our crumble and would love to invite you to come back to us again if you're ever in the area.
