Not very good; touristy trap

Staff seemed irritated, didn't seem receptive to questions. Overall bad vibes. Weed was okay. Nothing special going on here folks.

Today I purchased the clear wax, and keif pre roll. When I was checking out the product I noticed a little white (presumably cat) hair In the ends of the joint.I thought that was strange. When I got home I noticed all 3 pre rolls I purchased had weird stuff in them! I found a small rock and lots of the hair and some little rubbery purple shavings. The rock and shavings might be wax or hash, just very odd. Overall I am very concerned over the lack of quality control, on what must be one of the hottest selling items as they are priced so low. I called them up and they did not seem concerned over the "weird stuff" I found; they did however seem very interested in refunding me which I appreciated (the staff who work here really are the nicest) yet denied. I was going to leave it at that but after getting home and seeing the sheer amount of fur in my weed I felt inclined to let everyone know in case purple lotus had not taken my complaint seriously. Will come again, cautiously.
