Totally uncommunicative, does not answer phones. ordered a scheduled delivery from 4-6. called at 6:30 and they gave same lame excuse and said that it'd be another hour. 2 hours later no updates and no answers to the phone. terrible terrible service.

Very prompt, got a confirmation call pretty quickly and the delivery came shortly after that. Great experience and would definitely use it again.

This place is amazing from top to bottom. The check in was quick and the lady who assisted with that was very nice! I was dubious at first in going because I didn't think a 25 cap would have quality medicine, but boy was I wrong. I picked up an eighth of Jack and OG Kush and both smoke and taste amazing. Jackson, my budtender, was patient as he showed me each strain and they have coffee beans there to reset your scent after smelling each strain, it's pretty cool. Having great bud is one thing, but having great service really sets this place high on the totem pole. I'll definitely be coming back!

Well after coming in again for my second time and receiving one hell of a deal on their concentrates I can safely say this is a place about the patients. Anthony provided great customer service, was patient with me throughout the process and pleasant and communicative. It's obvious some outside bullshit with these "420 nurses" whatever in the world that is (a little bit of research shows it's a dark spot in the medical cannabis community) has caused them and their posse to leave some negative reviews. But hey, don't take my word for it, check them out for yourselves and come up with your own opinion. I can't tell you much about bud quality, but they have the best concentrates in the area from the most reputable extractors at the most competitive costs.

First off let me start off by saying I love Apothecary and the service the volunteers provide is always excellent, but I'm a little disappointed with my last pick up. I spent quite a bit picking up different things and two of those were a gram of the Gorilla Glue which unfortunately is starting to Auto-budder on me after a week and the "CO2 Gold Dust" which just looks like a clump of some shatter. The Gorilla glue hits well, but for 60 dollars I really expected something more stable, especially because I hate to waste and I'm not really sure about the gold dust because I just assumed that it's supposed to be a "dust" instead of a darkish shatter but perhaps I'm wrong. I also paid 35 for the Gold Dust instead of the 30 that is now listed.

Paid 45 for the green crack shatter two days ago to see it's at 35 now. I was also told it was Nugrun...what the hell?

This is my second review of DC and I feel I have to say this because of everyone who has posted lately. I do not see any decline in quality of meds, the herojuana I just picked up has me flying, but I do see an increase in customers and I've never waited more then 10 minutes to get in, but I've seen it get pretty packed. One thing I think would be really cool is if you had a private reserve selection set to a higher donation price then the cap. Something that would be filled with big beautiful nugs like that last batch of diamond OG I would definitely pay extra for! Thanks again DC and see you soon!

I first went to DC back in 2009 when another patient came and took me. Through the years they've transformed their entire shop and by god it's amazing; not that there was anything wrong with it before! The medicine in by far the best quality and the best bang for your buck in terms of quality. The concentrates are all co2 made which is HUGE plus and the fact that almost everything is tested for potency is pretty damn reassuring. Aside from the quality, they have one of the best budtenders (Brian) I've ever dealt with, he truly makes you feel welcomed and he really knows his medicine! Unless the complex their in is super busy, parking is not an issue, at least it hasn't been for me. Give this place a shot, I don't think you'd regret it at all!
