Menu not up to date. Bud tender just woke up and new nothing. Nothing about sales nothing about inventory. He went in the back and passed me off to someone that was awake. I left and bought nothing. At least hire knowledgeable people that want to be there. It was a Bummer!!

Called a bunch about a product. Strait to voice mail every time. Voice Mail is full. Not going to drive there if I can’t confirm you have a product.

Just called to find out what was on sale. Guy on the phone would not tell me. Said I have to come down. 1st time that happened. I think he needs to be trained. The girls are always nice. Do not let him answer the phones. So many deals today all over. I can just go somewhere else. Try to be nice to the people calling in. We might end up spending a couple hundred dollars. With that attitude I won’t be back for a while. Very poor service on the phone. I could just imagine if I get there what the service is like today. No thanks.

I am a local and checked in as a med patient. Watch everything at checkout. Check your products. Check the prices and tax. They tried to over charge me twice. Didn’t give local discount. Then wrong tax. Had to get my calculator out and show them. The 20% off for locals would be great if they didn’t raise all prices by 25%. This is not a place for locals. No one knows anything about the products. They just want our money. Final thought. Go any place else.

It would be nice if the menu was up to date and it would be nice if the employees were knowledgeable. The check out process needs a lot of work as does the checkin process. I recommend a full revamp of your systems. There are a number of good examples at other dispensaries around town. You have had a long time to get your act together. Why is everyone there confused on what you have to sell and how much things cost. You must do better!! I do like you place and would visit way more often if things were run better!!!!!

This dispensary is always nice to me. I drive out from Henderson just to go to this one because it’s the only place in town that weighs on site. Thank you to all the managers to help me out whenever I go in, especially Anna and Marissa.

Watermelon medical gummies. High price and they claim high dose but they are liars. I have called many time to try to talk to a manager even left my name and number for a call back. I am a medical patient and it’s clear by today’s special they just don’t care about us. I used to get the gummy‘s at Shango when they were 12 mg per piece now they claim there over 22 mg per piece but there is no difference except for the price. How can they offer 30% off for industry workers but ripoff med patients. Soon you will see their standard response to complaints. I have already called to discuss this but you never returned the 2 messages I left. When I went in and tried to explain all this to a manager it ended up being a fake manager and when they went to talk to the real manager no ever came out to talk to us. These gummies have no different effect than the 12 mg gummies that were cheaper. These are the highest price in town with a false dose to them. Many great deals elsewhere. Don’t go here!

Stopped in today for first time. All low end flower at high prices. No med discounts or priority. First time discount only on In House brand that is very low end flower. I mentioned a coupon that I saw for a half gram preroll if you spend 30. I bought 2 vapes. Well over 30. They would not give a half gram sucky preroll of their dirt weed. Not a nice place and with about 80 new licensed dispensaries coming I won’t need to go back to this place. Thanks for nothing.

Please make med patients a priority. You might say you do but actions speak louder than words. Please keep the med products stocked and don’t have pretend sales. Flower is way over priced and quality should be a lot better. Where is the sticky icky. Don’t want crumbly and dusty. Why are you raising your prices for med gummies. Highest in the city. This place is money hungry and could care less about Med patients. Talked to a manager today and it was like she was reading off a script. Got screwed over when I came down and when I called it was like TO BAD. Not friendly and if you need med answers don’t look to this place.
