BEWARE!!! SCAM ALERT. I have visited this place for years....so I guess yesterday they changed their point system and would not allow me to use my point for a product. They said no more give aways for points you can only use it as cash. I said ok give me one of your sale items. They said no you cant do that we have to charge full price if you use your points...Points and rewards at this place are now useless!! I asked for a manager and some woman came out did not introduce herself, then made alot of excuses that they are losing money on the points system so that why they took it away from the way it has been for years. She was terribe to talk to and was no help at all. It felt like just trying to use my points was a bad thing in their store, so i left and went to a different dispensary and since it was friday I ended up getting a much better deal....Things should be in writing and if you change your point system you should let us know...Felt like a big scam today!!!! Buyer beware!!

Been calling 2 days and no one will answer the phone. Says im first in line but no answer...How is this aloud by law? Hope the state looks into this place!!!!!

Tried to order online today and they gave me the wrong products. They do not go over your order and rush you in and out. Tried to call the store and it goes to some call center that has no clue!!! The cannabis control board should look into their POS system to ensure all rec and med people get what they order. Terrible service all the way around, with so many places now this would be one to avoid. Wrong product, never gave me what I actually ordered. argued with me at the store and would not make up for their mistake. Poorest service from the store and a close 2nd is a call center probably out of the country. Remember to check your order, check your prices, check your change back and never assume they got it right!!!! Update I called several times times to discuss this and asked over and over for assistance from a manager, Now a random email is provided for me to type out my experience. NOOO Thanks!!

I called to get some info on a product. They said let me check and left me on hold for 15 min then came back on the phone and said we cant give info over the phone you have to come in. I asked for a manager her name was amia. She wanted to argue with me and not give any product info over the phone. I have called many times without issue to get some info and usually they are nice. Not today!!! She was mean rude and just wanted to get me to come to the store. Poor customer service. I told her you kept me on the phone for over 20 Min. It would have been easier to not argue and just look up the info and get me off the phone so I could come down and purchase something. I will go somewhere else that cares and is way more helpful!!!!! Update - I went to the store and found that the product that I was calling about has been on the shelf for over 3 months. This is why they did not want to give any info over the phone. This stores made up policies give no help to consumers! Old stale products!

So I went in to grab some flower and a couple carts and the girl that was helping was out of it!!! I told her I cant read the print on the packaging as it is to small and she said thats ok. Then tried to over charge me 2 twice. With attitude she went and got the manager for a second time because she didnt know wht she was doing. Finally after the manager came out for the seconf time we were able to get my total right. First total was 222+ second total was 132+ and after the manager cam out the total came out right at 73 dollars. Dont be afraid to question these bud tenders and ask for a manager. Seems like she tried to rip me off the first 2 times and she certainly did not care about me as a customer. I will avoid her if I go back! Thank you to the manager that helped. She was nice, knew what she was doing and did it all with a smile. I can see why she is a manager.

Ordered online. Curbside pickup. I called and the girl that answered today was very nice and helpful. Went for my pickup. No wait. Very professional. Thanks for starting the thanksgiving week right with great service and products. Thanks Zen!! Happy Thanksgiving.

This place messes up my order every time I go there. This time they could not find it and then it was sold out. Very unprofessional as this happens every time I order from here. The people at the to go window are dumb as a box of rocks. They can never find an online order even if I gave a confirmation number. I called to talk to a manager left my name and number but never called me back. Poooooor service!!!!!!

They make everyone wait outside when I got inside there was only 1 person inside which leads me to believe they have had problems keeping things clean and safe. Drive thru is slowest I have seen. Always confused about price and number of products and price per products. Clearly they do not care about us!! Sales are a joke and they try to trick you!! Tried to over charge me today. Would not give 1/4 pricing when buying a 1/4. I tried the cookies prerolls. Man do they SUCK. Ground up so fine that they burn terrible. Their canabiotix strains look shakey and light. This is just a reminder why I go to other places. This place has gone downhill fast!!might want to focus on your customer service!! I know you can do a lot better!!..............scroll down. I have been here numerous times and I have learned to check my order and amount. I ordered online and when I went to pay they some how forgot that all the flower in the store was on sale for Labor Day. When I said the amount was wrong I got some attitude like she was disappointed I wasn’t paying more. Pick up window needs to do better!!!

I love essence and their products and service. Lately curbside is really slow. Please do better so we don’t have to wait soooo long. You also took away the medical line inside so there is no reason for me to go in and browse other products. That’s not fair!!!! Please do a little better!!

Poorest customer service I have ever had. Guy with dreads was mean and rude. Waiting room was a joke. Not 1 person was nice. Pricing was low online then more when I got there. Now I remember why I don’t go here. Read their response. They try to justify their discount but it’s fake. There isn’t one. Medical tax is a right not a discount. Don’t ripoff med patients by offering fake discounts. You can explain it anyway you want it’s still fake. Your the only disp in town that advertised medical tax is a discount.

Way over priced and people that work there are crazy rude and could care less about service. Who hires these crazy bud tenders. Time to restaff and get some quality managers to oversee this place. Really has gone down hill. I have read the same response on a lot of complaints. Seems like a cut and paste response. Normal for this place. Who does the hiring here. Need to take a long look at management and who is in charge. This kind of thing starts at the top and infects the staff below. We all know you can do a lot better.

Sold out of a lot of the flower that was on sale. Was there by 1130am. Waited 30 min with 5 people in the lobby. Slow as hell!!!! Bud tender was a but hole. Rude and slammed the door when I left. No smell jars. Just want you to buy blind. Not med friendly Just not friendly at all. Very poor service from your Friday morning crew. My bud tender was a middle aged fat guy could have been a lot nicer and better at his job.
