Worst dispensary ever
Being a medical patient from Las Vegas I used to love to going here right after I left the airport, and this visit was horrible, I don't if it's Reno being a redneck town but your bud tenders are horrible, In Las Vegas employees are kind and informative, not condescending and ignorant in the product you are selling.
I can spend much less money for way higher quality back home , and I thought being up north you would have better and easier access. You have changed so much ever since recreational became legal. Very sad and disappointed in what you have become. Next time I'm in town I will spend my money elsewhere.

We're also working with different companies and trying new things. I personally encourage you to experience all Reno has to offer. It's a work in progress but there are a lot of dispensaries in town. We all hope you make it back to us in the future. Remember, trial run for recreational ends January 1st and regulations/practice will be officially set in place. What a joke, should be call apotho-I-don't-care-um
Are you a restaurant or a dispensary the menu you guys have is the most stupid setup ever. Cant really smell or see what you are purchasing. Love how half the menu is coming soon meaning they went to the dispensary who can pay there bills. I bought a pack of edible gummies and come home to find find its congealed into one large mass. The worst part is there is no first time medical patients deal, anyone gets a free preroll with purchase and your glue on fire should be called dirt on fire because that what it felt I was smoking. Very sad and disappointed with this first time experience, will definitely spend my money somewhere else.

Masterfries, we apologize for the confusion. We absolutely have sample jars in which you can smell and view the products prior to purchasing. We also don't grow Glue on Fire, that comes from one of our vendors Green Life Production however we will pass along your feedback. We provide our first time purchase preroll to both medical and recreational patients, however we have do have a separate medical line so our patients can avoid waiting, we have private consultations so our patients can come in at their convenience, and carry a number of medical only options for our patients. We care about our patients a great deal and have remained dedicated to providing them with compassionate care. Our store isn't for everyone, and we appreciate you taking the time to voice your opinion. We'd like to offer you a full credit for the gummies you received (this can happen when the gummies are left in a hot car), and we would also like to offer you a small token of appreciation for your feedback. You guys are ripoff con artist.
Came in for my first time as a medical patients and wanted a battery and a cartridge, was supposed to get 3 variable heat setting one of 25.00 and got the cheap 15.00 one after asking multiple times is this the correct model and reassured multiple times falsely. Then on the cartridge I was conned into getting the most expensive one, bring it home to find out there is only 1/3 of the oil in the cartridge. Call in to explain my situation and was pretty much called a liar. Lastly on the first time medical patients deal only to have a couple of strains left so I got a 1/8 of very mediocre indica, come back in 10 minutes later with more money to buy some edibles and you magically have much more to choose from. My suggestion is to ripoff the customer the second time they visit instead of the first visit that way we at least feel like we got a deal and then be the good con artist that you are. You should all be ashamed on how you treat customers. I will gladly spend my money somewhere else.

Please stop raising your prices
I love you guys, but when recreational started most dispensary kept the there prices the same but you raise them. Now I understand things changed when recreational became legal with taxes, It just seems like every time I come in the prices are different. 1 weeks ago I paid $60.00 for an 1/8 of top shelf indica, and yesterday I paid 58.00 for the same strain. Now it had a menu price of 54.00 both times. I purchase a cartridge every week and they went up also. It just seems like you keep raising your prices while all other dispensary have been keeping there same lately. All I am asking for is consistency if possible please.

First time and most definitely my last.
Came in for the first time see what you guys were like and was very disappointed. First I won't complain too much about the construction if you would just dust a little it would be appreciated. Then after waiting five minutes while the bud tenders were just talking to each other with all the customers in the waiting room I was helped. You have only two or three mediocre flowers strains of indica and like 20 hybrid. At least you had some decent edibles, and when I use my first time medical patient discount Of 10% i saved $1.00 from a $50.00 purchase. So for my first time visit instead of it being a pleasant one where I feel like I'm getting a first time medical patient deal I save a whole dollar. A very sad and disappointing experience, felt like a waste of time. Way better dispensary down the road.

No love for medical patients
After checking in there is just a line where rec and medical wait, no priority for medical patients. A little more organization would make you from a good dispensary to a great one in my opinion. Only reason why still come is because you have some of the best in town. That being said showgrow down the street has been able to compete with your quality lately and they give priority to medical patients. For me to pay a couple dollars more for the same stuff there and get priority is a better deal for me. I'm not sure if you realize that most medical patients have medical conditions, that's why everywhere else give medical patients priority. Don't know how many more chances I can give you guys. Please change your ways
