Even with their system down and their workload doubled due to this issue, their overall customer service is still top notch. havent had a bad experience with their team of budtenders yet.

The staff are always real and while they may be busy at times, show that they care for their patients. Very nice people. Unfortunately with the system being down today they only had a couple strains available, but still a good experience.

Still one of the best dispensaries in town. They have everything you could need from cbd/RSO to flower and concentrates. There's a reason why it is called THE dispensary. Thanks guys!

The Phenohunt is both extremely dope and original, and I even managed to find some killer stuff in one of the options. (Hint lemon) Seems like every day they have new stuff and with their daily rotating discounts, it's always possible to score a great deal. Always a good experience here.

Their selection, which is pretty unique compared to other dispensaries, continues to impress me each time I go in. Always seem to have what I'm looking for.

While I will always enjoy reefs customer service, location and layout, I can't stand behind them and say that this is where patients should get their medicine. Their response to "your flower is overpriced," was to get some very low thc, low quality flower to offer instead. But even this budget friendly flower is in no way suitable for a serious medicinal patient. Also surprised that, for trucking and shipping up all their product from Vegas, that their menu is so bare compared to the shops in Vegas and Cali with Berners name on it. if they were actually competitive with their prices with the other locations I would normally be more inclined to return for more than 1g, but 20$/g and 55$ 1/8s seems more important to reefs management than supplying their loyal customers with fair prices and decent selection. It's not like medical patients have a ton of $$ to throw around, and they shouldn't have to settle for budget friendly shwag for that reason!

Never have I had super lemon haze that was this well grown and had this kind of a smell. It just gets better after each hit. A new personal favorite for sure. 👍👍

Every time I come in, the staff is very helpful and friendly and full of recommendations of strains for specific ailments and symptoms. Not only are they the only location that gives a free pre roll with every order, they even let you hand pick your pre packed medication instead of leaving it to chance. With a fantastic selection of medicine that is frequently updated, and a comfortable setting inside the dispensary, be sure you do not pass up this gem. 10/10
