I wrote an entire review that got deleted because of “glitch” on weedmaps. 🙄 Anyway, I’m disabled and can’t stand long, I preorder. Almost 90 minutes later no confirmation. I leave the hospital and head over anyway. And am tolld their busy, to wait in line. I can’t so I call to see what their process is in this case. She was condescending and irritated and told me there were 30 people ahead of me, and to wait in the walk in line or wait for a confirmation email. I’m done giving my money to businesses who treat their disabled, veterans like this. Even if I couldn’t get help with this, there is a way to do things, and a way not to. They won’t miss my business. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I wrote my review right after I left. As soon as I hit send, the manager came to me and offered to make it right. Who does that anymore?! So I was shown that Purple lotus does value it's patients, and paying attention to our needs and what we think. Way to win me back before I even left the place. Thanks guys!! See you soon!

So I usually only leave reviews if their good. But honestly I'm a little pissed. I'm a disabled vet, single mother on a fixed income. When I do research on pricing and menu to buy my meds, I like to know how much I'm going to spend so that I can set a proper budget. When I go into a new establishment, I expect what's on the site is true. So when I get slapped with an almost $10 extra charge for using my debit card, I get a little pissed. If you don't care about being duped after going through the whole process then this is the place for you. It's too bad, because everything else was pretty good. But I don't like feeling taken, so I probably won't be back.
