I went to Dispo for there Grand Opening. The prices were great 50% off the whole store. Unfortunately it was advertised "GOODIE BAGS" $200 value. It was nowhere even close. I understand that its a "free" bag but at least advertise it as just that. Very disappointed!

Always get great service here at Puff New Buffalo. Great prices and friendly staff. A shout out to the manager Courtney, shes always smiling and very helpful.

I have not had a problem with any Grimas products. The 2g disposables are very good for the price. These are definitely my favorite disposable.

I go to several of the dispensaries in New Buffalo. I shop here on Weed Maps to find the best deals. I chose Vibe on this trip. They had an item i wanted on sale. I tried to do a one stop shop because I do travel a good distance. I did an online order to expedite my trip. I walked in and I was immediately greeted. Ariel was at the desk and was very welcoming. I gave my license and told her I was there for a pickup order. She gave me my total. I told her that I would like to do a price match on my order. She then informed me that you no longer do price match. I do shop around a lot. I do understand that several places won't/ cant price match everyone. I unfortunately canceled most of my order. The price difference was too significant to purchase. Actually the price difference covered my gas money for the trip. Some of the other dispensaries only price match with certain restrictions. Just something to think about. Thank you for your time.

This was not my first visit nor will it be my last. My budtender was Mads. She has waiting on me before and she is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely have her as a budtender again. Great prices, lots of variety and great customer service.

Another great stop! I had the Taylor as a budtender. Definitely one of the friendliest budtendrs I've dealt with. Always very helpful and welcoming. I will wait for her to be open before going to someone else. Shout out to Mel lead/ manager, not sure of her actual position. She is very friendly and attentive. Puff has a great selection and prices. I have been there a few times and found exactly what I was looking for and of course stuff I wasn't. The place is very welcoming and the staff up front and in the showroom are friendly. The budtenders are always informative and knowledgeable. Thank you for coming to New Buffalo. Does anyone from Bloomery read the reviews? I've posted a few. All positive especially prices and customer service. Not one response from anyone. I have a suggestion if it is read by Bloomery. I really like the idea of the 10% recycling bags. I would like to go a step further. Order some reusable shopping bags. Charge a small fee $5-10. Every time you bring the bag back get a free preroll or gummy? I would definitely buy more than 1 because I usually have multiple orders. I went there for the grand opening. Everything seemed to run smoothly. All the staff I encountered were all upbeat and very friendly. My budtender Bri was amazing. Its very easy for someone to get flustered under such busy conditions. Bri was very attentive and knowledgeable. I appreciated her patience with me. I will definitely be returning. I placed an order online for in-store pickup. I was greeted immediately by 2 very friendly and accommodating young ladies. I gave them ID and I told them I had a pickup order. Tuy and Sky were very attentive and took care of me. I appreciated the kind and courteous treatment from both front desk ladies. Thank you for all your help and I definitely will be returning.

I placed 2 online orders. I understand that this was an extremely busy holiday weekend. I placed my orders late Friday night. I got the message around 12n saying that they were ready. I got there shortly after. I waited in line for over an hour and a half. I got up to the counter. One of my orders wasn't either ready or they couldn't find it. I had to go stand off to the side and wait. It was very chaotic. A little compensation would have been nice. Even a new customer "goody bag" would have been a nice gesture. I do understand the chaos on your end. Thank you for your time

This was another exceptional visit to Bloomery. It was crazy busy even busier than I thought for the holiday weekend. This wasn't my first time having Katie for a budtender, hopefully not the last. She is very friendly and attentive. She's very patient, I usually buy several ounces. I have not had a bad experience at Bloomery. Kudos to the staff on such a chaotic holiday weekend.

I had several online orders. Please keep Kristina up front. I've been to Pure several times. Every time Kristina has recognized me and acknowledged me right away. It was very busy. She was very friendly and patient as always. Even under the extreme circumstances of the holiday weekend. I had to make an in-store purchase as well. Lines went relatively quick. Abbie my budtender was very friendly and attentive. Thank you both and the whole staff for the pleasant experience under the pressure of the 420 chaos.

First of all, I had a good experience overall. This is probably mostly my fault. I didn't check my order when I left. I bought a bunch of edibles under the impression that they were all 200gm. I got home and realized some of the ones I purchased are 175mg. Which I found to be very strange. I've only seen 100mg and 200mg gummies. Next time I will pay closer attention to what I buy. Otherwise, I had a good experience and great prices. I will be returning.

I am like many other frequent visitors to MI, we have our favorite dispensary. Urb for me is not mine. Although, I have been there a few times. We all have tried different ones. I wanted to like Urb just like the others. I understand that you are one of the busier dispensaries around. Advertised as the Super Store. I was there like many others for your Anniversary celebration. I was one of those that received the luke warm " Hot Box" at the first drop at 9am. First off kudos for a very well organized opening. A lot people including myself waited a few hours for you to open. They way everything went relatively smooth considering the amount of people. As with my other ventures to your dispensary. You were "out" of several of the items that were on sale. I know you are busy and it's a crazy market right now keeping up with customer demands. I was on WM prior to opening checking inventory of what I wanted so I can help move the process along. Less time with me and others the more customers you get through in a timely manner. This is your Anniversary celebration. First 2 things I asked for, you were out of. According to your website they were available. This has happened more than once

My 1st time visiting Flower Bowl. I saw the ad her on WM. I do go to other dispensaries here in MI. I was greeted just fine upon entering the store. As I entered the showroom I noticed only 2 people at the registers. I thought ok, it's slow. There were at least 6 people ahead of me waiting. The 2 budtenders were taking care of other customers. It was a little off-putting that customers were just standing in the middle of the showroom. No acknowledgement and me and the others that just arrived ahead of me just looked at each other. A few minutes go by and the guy (sorry I didn't get his name) comes back and helps some of the customers. I was there late Friday morning on the 28th. I figured that they would have at least a couple of more registers open. As I looked around, I felt that this was going to take way longer than I needed to. I turned and walked out. Very disappointed that this was my first impression. I understand that you are one of the newer dispensaries. I was really hoping for a better experience. The competition right now in MI especially the area you are in is stiff. You seem to have great prices. I unfortunately was not able to take advantage of those.

This was my 2nd time visiting Pure. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's a diamond in the rough. 1st of all I placed an online order. I was running a little late. They called me and asked if I was still coming in? I said yes and I appreciated the call. I finally arrived, Kristina took care of me at the front desk with my online order. Very friendly and welcoming, thank you Kristina with a K. I ended up needing a few more things. I walked in and immediately greeted. Danielle was my bud tender. She was very friendly as well and very attentive. Their job isn't easy especially dealing with the public. I will definitely be back in the near future. I didn't know that this place even existed. I have been to a lot of dispensaries over the last year and a half. Very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I just happened to look at some of the deals in other dispensaries in the New Buffalo area on Weed Maps. This one caught my eye. I went in and I didn't have to go to any other one one my "route". John was very attentive and knowledgeable about the products. Thank you for the great service. I will be back soon!
