I had several online orders. Please keep Kristina up front. I've been to Pure several times. Every time Kristina has recognized me and acknowledged me right away. It was very busy. She was very friendly and patient as always. Even under the extreme circumstances of the holiday weekend. I had to make an in-store purchase as well. Lines went relatively quick. Abbie my budtender was very friendly and attentive. Thank you both and the whole staff for the pleasant experience under the pressure of the 420 chaos.

This was my 2nd time visiting Pure. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's a diamond in the rough. 1st of all I placed an online order. I was running a little late. They called me and asked if I was still coming in? I said yes and I appreciated the call. I finally arrived, Kristina took care of me at the front desk with my online order. Very friendly and welcoming, thank you Kristina with a K. I ended up needing a few more things. I walked in and immediately greeted. Danielle was my bud tender. She was very friendly as well and very attentive. Their job isn't easy especially dealing with the public. I will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you for the great customer service front desk and the showroom!
