Let me start by saying this was my first time here and I promise you this is my new go to dispensary. Not only was the place super busy which for me that’s a good sign! The prices and deals, honestly one of the best I’ve seen in New Buffalo. The people I came into contact with super nice, like Aaron the officer at the door, very welcoming and real cool, told me about an event in Chicago which I’m for sure going to. Plus my budtender Steve was top notch with his customer service and the amount of patience this man had with all my questions and wanting to see so many different products. I hope I get him every time no offense to anyone else lol.

I drive here every 2 weeks 2 1/2 hours away and ALWAYS leave happy, Brandon is the best budtender there is gets what i want all the time never have no issues know exactly what I want I ❤️ it. The place is cool , but some bud tenders are not really , enthusiastic to be there. It's like they, don't want to look for the stuff you want or try to give you something that you really don't want and I wouldn't take something I don't want. If, this goes on , you are gonna lose, valued customers.

Charged twice for 1 item

I travel almost 2hrs and have been bring a new person with me everytime. The new policy about the discounts is so awesome. However, we were there Saturday afternoon and both of us had transactions we questioned the price on but was told it was correct so we paid and left. It wasn’t till later we discovered we both were charged 2x for 1 item. I sent an inquiry through their website stating to look at their cameras check inventory because I know what I got. I have not yet received any response.

Bud tenders ego bigger than the parking lot

I went in here on my birthday on a Monday it was not busy only a couple customers in the store. When we went up to the bud tender he didnt try to help just asked ‘what do you want.’ Told us they were out of what we were asking for did not try to be helpful and give us alternatives or even knew what deals were going on. When we tried talking to him his conversation with the other bud tender was more important. This was so disrespectful I’ve been to Vibe multiple times when they were busy and never had this experience please work on who you hire because this was so unnecessary.

My first visit to Vibe was so amazing. I had Brandon for a budtender and he definitely hooked me up. He showed me so many strains and was very energetic and patient. I brought 8 3.5s and got a free half ounce, it was worth every single penny. The flower was so good and fresh. I will definitely be back on a regular basis💨💨😊
