Beware 50% taxes will be added with rude employees that just want to speak over you and not let you say a word. No thanks thought I would try it for the first time, but my first time will be my last time.
The Cake House - San Jose
SAN JOSE, CaliforniaWe’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We always want our guests to feel heard and treated with respect, and it’s disappointing to know we missed the mark during your visit. Taxes in California can definitely be higher than expected, but we understand how frustrating the overall experience felt for you. We appreciate the feedback and will be addressing your concerns with the team.

First off Nick is an absolute asset to this business. Without rambling he handled my transaction perfectly. I was expecting a (beep) show when I arrived to pick up my order but to my surprise everything was absolutely perfect. I wish I lived close to this place unfortunately I am rarely in this area but kudos Nick. I really appreciate it!

SAN BRUNO, CaliforniaThank you so much for the 5-star review and the kind words! Nick truly is an asset to our dispensary, and we’re thrilled he made your pickup experience smooth and stress-free. We work hard to make every cannabis order easy, whether you’re shopping for weed in-store or just passing through the area. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. If you’re ever back in the area, we’d love to take care of you again!

Overcharging
Overcharged by $13.00 when I finally received what I ordered. Driver promised the “office would send me $10 back to my cash app and nothing. Do better. Much better

Best Delivery Service
Good prices, fast delivery, very very friendly driver. 20% first order. It was literally cheaper than going to the storefront I usually buy from. Oh and they accept credit cards. This was a purchase for edibles BTW.

Slow delivery
Theses guys have the slowest delivery service ever. Although I will say they have a decent selection and competitive pricing. But if you need ur stuff in less than 2-3 hours find another delivery service.
