I’ve been a loyal customer of for a while now, ordering every couple of days and spending around $400 to $500 weekly. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The delivery times have become increasingly unreliable, often taking anywhere from 3 to 7 hours. Every time I reach out for updates, I receive excuses that always point to the driver, but ultimately, it’s the owner’s responsibility to ensure there’s adequate coverage to meet demand. I value transparency and timely service, and it’s frustrating to feel let down after being such a loyal customer. As a result, I’m considering taking my business elsewhere. I hope they can improve their service for future customers, but for now, I cannot recommend them.
