I bought a paper planes cart from here and a joost disposable. The disposable was fine but when I opened the cart it was broken. I don’t have the physical receipt but I do have the online receipt so hopefully they’ll be able to exchange the cart! Edit: they exchanged it

I have to say 1 star and 5 star reviews tend to be the most weighted and/or biased reviews that I have come across but this was deserving. I have been to almost every March and Ash on numerous occasions. See, I drive for work so I get the benefit of being everywhere in a day already. I have had normal, bad and good experiences at all of them. My biggest take away from H street is consistent respect and attention from those assisting me. Everyone who has helped me, and I can think of 6 names off the top of my head, has been fantastic. Always making good suggestions and giving me USEFUL advice on my purchases. Anyone who is looking to elevate their cannabis knowledge, Anyone who is looking for some of the most fire selection, Anyone who wants a memorable and pleasant experience at a dispensary, should check this location out.

The Chula Vista location is so well kept! The whole process from ID check to checking out at a register is very smooth. I have never walked in there without an employee asking me if they could help with anything, and they have always been able to find or recommend me what I was looking for. I’m in that store almost twice a week since I moved, and I use the delivery service in between! Keep up the good work!

I have been to some of their other locations, and it always felt like they were rushing you, not making you feel comfortable while buying there. A friend and I, who felt the same way about this, were about to give up on March and Ash, but we decided to visit this new location for it being so close to my place. It did not disappoint, the people in there were super relaxed, they gave us time, and we both felt in good hands with their great costumer service while buying there.

Almost Amazing

I must have visited at the worst time today because there was extremely loud construction going on while I was there. Some workers were using deafeningly loud drills, I commented to the budtender that it was very loud but the poor guy also seemed to be suffering through it on his own. I couldn't even hear myself speaking, I had some questions I couldn't ask because I just wanted to get out of there. I understand it was just people fixing up the store, but I have some hearing issues and it was not very appreciated that I had to deal with that. I was almost about to ask if they could stop drilling, it was that intense. It's just disappointing, because the first time I visited this store last month I had an amazing experience, everyone was very nice and the environment was very relaxed. I wish it was like that every time. Maybe they had to do the drilling right at that moment but I'm sure that could have been done after hours and not during business hours.

I'll continue to drive 15 minutes to La Mesa to pick up. None of your locations ever have the exclusive brands or new stuff that comes out. Same old shitty weed. Put some marathon cultivation, blueprint, COTC blue labels, heavy hitter diamond pre-rolls. Something NEW!

I bit disappointed and confused. I've been to 3 March and Ash locations, Mission Valley, Imperial Beach and Hst and Broadway and have received my FTP 30% off deal at all, including March and Ash delivery. Went in the east Hst location and the receptionist said "We don't do that here". I asked why and no answer, so I left without anything. Why is this location different? Anyway, many places to choose from. Thanks for nothing

I have been going to this dispo for a long time as does my sister. I went in one morning to buy a cart after having a super rough week and after pulling out noticed my cart was missing quite a bit. The bald skinny manager said it was fine when clearly it wasn't. He refused to exchange it or give me my money back. My sister and I will never return to this one. I have a pic of my cart which by the way burned up super fast.

They canceled my order without notifying me via text after confirming via text. I was about to leave to pick it up and thankfully happened to leave the order confirmation open in my browser and saw that it was cancelled right after being confirmed.
