As the competition between dispensaries heat up, ....price, quality and customer service are about the three mainstays to improve upon. Although I have excellent ones close to me, One needs to branch out. This one gets five stars. From the courteous Receptionist to the knowledgeable Budtenders - 5 stars. I have been waiting for a particular strain as I had it crossed and not pure. They had the pure strain and it was on today's menu as a special. Keep up the great work! Thanks!

Can't say enough great things about this place. It starts with the front desk. During each visit the employee was buffed, handsome and courteous. As you proceed through the door, you are always warmly greeted with knowledgable Budtenders and staff. During this particular visit, I was discussing a certain batch\lot of product and one of the processsors located it and packaged my order especially for me. It was greatly appreciated! Management has done a wonderful job of stressing world class customer service skills from top to bottom.

The overall experince was great. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. I soon came to realize that each batch of product may test differently and the product that is exported to other dispensaries isn't necessarily the same that is sold in house. For example, batch XXXXXXXXX60001 of GDP (which was obtained at Liberty) isn't nealy as flavorful and potent as XXXXXXXXXX8001 of GDP which was a Liberty product obtained at another Dispensary. The White Sharksbreath recommended by the Budtender was very good.

I'm so glad that I gave this Dispensary a second chance after an average first encounter. The second and third trips really reflect the quality of service. The budtenders were knowledgable and courteous. (Front Desk and Security Gurard too) I'm so glad I gave HOM another try with their GG Gelato ( Didn't like the Plat GSC or the Nom Nom) it was just as the budtender described. Thanks so much!
