Great Selection and Service!
I find myself coming back to Liberty again and again because of their excellent selection and service. Smart and friendly staff members who apparently have some excellent taste and understanding in their flower because I am just blown away by the quality and quantity of strains available. Their recommendations are always spot on and their online menu is well updated too. It’s a lot of work to keep up in this industry with its lightning fast pace, but Liberty does an excellent job of adapting and staying current. Consistency is also excellent, and their pricing structure in the current market is shrewd and fair. When I look at all of these factors together, it becomes clear to me that they earned a well deserved 5 star review, thanks again.
past due review, I've been to lit since last visit
I came in and caught the last day of the winter sale and wow, glad I did. I actually planned on going somewhere else but when i got in town I remembered about the sale so I called to ask what lite strains were still available and the answer was like 🎶music to my ears🎶. GDP (missed on last sale) & Blueberry skunk (among others) and I also got LCU (part of sale). All excellent choices and as for the lite strains, they hit just as heavy as the rest, just takes 2 tokes rite James😉? lmao. Im looking forward to coming back and seeing what other regular and lite strains they come out with. I just got their latest one today(unfortunately not here), can't wait to take that ride, lol 🔥💨✌

Insanely Good Menu, But No Bulk Pricing
Great staff and atmosphere. I love the layout and the atmosphere. Their menu is also amazing, featuring just about every grower in the state. This is a go to for me when I want that exotic, hard to find strain. They pretty much will always have what you're looking for. The only things I'd like to see are: A. Bulk pricing. For the most part, they are are packaging the flower themselves (with a few exceptions), but don't offer any price breaks by the 1/4, 1/2 or 1 oz. It's still way too expensive to buy by the 1/2 or full oz. B. A rewards/points program. I'd visit much more if that were the case. They really do have a great operation, but these two enhancements would make this the best dispensary in the state, hands down.

Quality Management
I had previously complained about the menu not being updated, but upon reflection, they do a better job with this than most. Furthermore, their attempt to "make it right" is appreciated, granted I haven't yet talked to the manager about that, and really don't intend to given their prices are already among the best in the state, as is their staff and inventory (including their own flower). Also love their distillate carts. Editing my previous rant, because it just feels like the right thing to do. I truly believe Liberty cares about their customers.

This visit was devoted to understanding the Pax Era and the various Pax pods that are available. My excellent tutor was Andy who patiently provided a breadth of knowledge and perceptive advice. The visit was a pleasure and I couldn't be happier with Liberty's products!

I only purchase my medicine at Liberty. Liberty is the ONLY dispensary that can tell you exactly what you are buying will take off of your allotment. And if there is ever an issue, James will fix it immediately. I have stopped wasting my time at the other dispensaries — the staff at Liberty make you feel like family. Kudos to Liberty for their sincere compassion and kindness 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This is by far the best place which is saying a lot because they are all amazing! Health, Happiness, Peace, Serenity. Concentrates, tinctures, salves, vaping vs or augmenting burning/smoking. Going in a more positive,, healthy direction with medicinal administration.

don't like 2 play favorites, but Liberty wins
Liberty is one of many dispensaries around, and one of the larger ones. It is also the Best one i've been to, and it's hard for me to get there (i don't drive). The people are knowledgeable. They will ask, and tell them more...they will find what right for you...though there is always a need to experiment to find what helps you most [maybe i'm just saying that because i'm a scientist and like to experiment]. I am not however, a medical cannabis expert, and i now go to one particular person there, whose recommendations have been a tremendous help. Liberty also has RSO in Tablets. wow. (do a search). My last visit, a women ~ 80 years came in, while Jules was assisting me. I could hear her whisper to the young bespectacled man who trotted quickly to meet her. She leaned on a case,i don't want to get 'high',..from the Liberty staff 'It's okay, CBD is for pain, it is effective, it doesn't make you high, you don't have to smoke it' (she didn't want to smoke).....it was overheard,i didn't mean 2 B nosy. He's asking , and reassuring. To all of those who cringe at the costs, it's hard 4 me 2, but understand that strict Laboratory and pharmaceutical standards, QA/QC, and layers of extractions processes take great time, care, and must pass the tests your regular RX's do..it requires Skilled labor, & hi-tech, & that costs. We are assured an unadulterated safe product, and Liberty goes beyond other dispensaries in the name of your health & safety. They don't use adhesives in their cartridges. I Love this place.

I’ve been here a ton of times and my favorite man-named-Jules is SO NICE! He’s very low key but is tons of help and saved me some $$ today. He remembers everything about my son that I tell him in previous purchases and that is sweet! Nothing but quality people when you walk in the door selling quality product! Plus they are the ONLY dispensary that gives a pediatric discount that I have come across. Thank you!!

Visited The Liberty building the other day - big place on Nebel street, easy to find. Up front parking. steps from the front door. Rang the door buzzer and went in. I was greeted by a young man who checked my drivers permit and verified my MMCC number, Next I was ushered into the sales room where I was introduced to Emily and Erika. Two beautiful young women with extensive literary research giving them an encylopedic knowledge of the store products. After a short discussion the search was narrowed to NORTHERN LIGHTS also got some papers. Later, at home, I took three medium hits, the fast creeper effect was NOT like a shot from a Saturn Five but more like riding an escalator, a nice pleasent lift, looking around seeing people shopping, at the top and getting off the escalator the eurphoria was like going to your favorite store and finding all of the brand new stock at give away prices or maybe the emotion a kid feels at opening Christmas presents. Walking around seeing people smile and saying hello the smell of Pine in the air. Sitting on the couch, watching something on TV (can't remember what it was) That wonderful eurphoria fades onto a encompassing mellowness (just where I want to be) and best of all the chronic pain has disappered. Is the THC blocking the pain at the source or turning off a relay on the neural pathway or maybe using a chemical connection in the brain. This total escape from pain without using narcotics is as Mother Nature intended it to be. An hour or so later (Gee how the time goes by when your watching TV) putting the world on hold to enjoy a pleasurable drift in time and space, stepping outside the box, exploring the other side, new thoughts, new ways, new methods, new sensations, dreamy mental and emotional pleasure, words of a studied foreign language float in and out. The eyes open, yawn and stretch, I make a note, this smoke will put on weight. The potato chips, pretezls and a pound of cookies, just gone.

Liberty has over time become my favorite dispensary in the state of Maryland. They have the friendliest staff a great selection of products and they are always patient with my needy needs! Just the fact they list their Terps online Separates them from the majority of dispensaries.

My daily spot for all the great deals and variety, Liberty has become my favorite in the county because of many reasons, primarily the staff! The staff is super friendly, very Knowledgeable and always recommending the best strains. You truly feel at home here. The modern and open look inside makes you feel welcome to browse before buying. And in case you need, it’s conveniently located next to Pure Virtue Glass. Always have the best products from all the top tier growers. Can’t go wrong stopping by here on a daily basis even with all the great competition in Rockville.

My two favorite strains orange juice and girls scout cookies combined in one pax pod. Orange Cookies is the perfect strain for me. I’ve been visiting Liberty since they opened and I’ve never had a bad experience. From moment you check in is always a pleasure. Also, Pax pods have come down in price and with the new liberty rewards program you can score one for dirt cheap every third visit. I’d like to thank my amazing, and super attentive health consultant Alexis for her recommendations. I can’t thank you enough for your help.

Hello, this is by far the best dispensary that i have been to. unfortunately they are only after money; Their bud is high quality and never dissapoints I saw what real purple looks like. The sad thing is they never bring prices down due to their new reward system : (
