My last experience with gLeaf was from a storefront delivery in Fredrick and was absolutely horrible. However, this one deserves five stars. The sign up process was easy. Great customer service- friendly guard and cashier. The strains that I purchased are exactly what I expected. I've had most of the gLeaf flower. Hands down the best Sour Diesel cultivar in the state. I love the Blackberry #9, Blue Cheese and Stardawg! Top notch! Keep it up!

This one by far is the best and most consistent dispensary in Maryland. It is no coincidence that the line forms on Saturday at 9:00am for a 10:00am opening. It’s worth every mile traveled. All of the budtenders are courteous and knowledgeable. Fair tiered pricing.

I haven’t been to this one in a while. They were great before but have improved even more. The selection of flower is second to none. The bud tender that served me today was very knowledgeable and provided detailed terpene profiles on-demand via display. It was easy to compare stains. The 5 gram social Saturday’s is still a great value.

Kwasi and company continue to curate the best variety of flower at fair prices. The continued world class customer service with knowledgeable and diverse staff ensures repeat business.

This is the first bad experience that I've had at Haven. They pride themselves on treating cannabis as medicine and customers as patients. Imagine if the Pharmacist incorrectly filled your prescription? It could be a matter of life or death. Fortunately this time it wasn't. On this trip, I was told about the medicine's content before I could ask. However, when I opened my order it didn't contain what the bud tender said and incidentally, what I was expecting. The reason I said a re-training session is needed is because I asked another Bud Tender about what I was just sold and he said that I shouldn't be able to tell a difference because it was only a 3 percentage point difference? Wrong answer......... How about maybe...something like...." I'm sorry Sir for the oversight. Although this batch has a lower THC level it contains a higher percentage of m@@@@ then the previous batch and as your previous bud tender, I know you like that t@@@@ " Now, I could live with that response.

The business has branched out. Training was in place during my last visit. Both Bud tenders were knowledgeable about rigs, pens, carts, dabbing and shatter. Great job JOVA!

I attended the launch and was happy I did. The same great care JOVA takes to curate the best medicines was displayed in the execution of the Grand Opening event . Furthermore, during my most recent visit, the same great variety, customer service and value still exists. Nice to have such a great dispensary in our neighborhood.

This batch was the worst grow of SD put out by HMS. I was really disappointed. We deserve better quality medicine for our hard earned money.
