Chapter 3.60.050 states "Every seller making a sales taxable under this chapter shall collect taxes from the buyer at the time of sale, or with respect to credit transactions at the time of collection of sales price, and shall deliver the same to the Matanuska-Susitna Bourough in accordance with the requirments of this chapter." Chapter 3.60.150 states "a seller may not advertise or state to the public or to any buyer, or render directly or indirectly, that the tax, or any part of it, shall be assumed or absorbed by the seller, or that the tax shall not be added to the sale or that it shall be refunded. A seller may not absorb or fail to add the tax or any part of it, or refund any tax or fail to state the tax seperatly to the buyer" This means that we are unable to include the tax in our listed prices and that 5% is added at the time of the transaction. As far as mix and match, this is something that we have never done. While we are deli style and you may buy any quantity of any strain, a mix and match may not be done to meet the price break when buying in quantity due to the way our tiered pricing is set up. Please stop by the shop to discuss this review further with management so that we may make things right. We look forward to seeing you.

****UPDATE: You have been calling us repeatedly asking us to take down this review on you. We have asked you repeatedly to stop. You have been verbally abusive to my managers and myself. Please do not call here again, nor are you allowed in this store or on our property. We just watched your entire time in our store. Let's review...the menus are lined up on the counter for you to pick up. You were given uninterrupted time with our budtender for approximately 5 minutes, and then another three minutes. You kept leaving her and went browsing while our store was extremely busy. It would be lovely if I had a budtender to give unlimited time to each customer but that is not the case. You threatened both my manager and myself that you would leave a bad review if we didn't give you 1. An eighth for free or 2. a $72 bong for $40. That sir, is BLACKMAIL. And that does not play into our business practices, (and I doubt anyone else's). Our glass prices have NOT increased as you state. And Teri did NOT say that ignoring customers is acceptable. And you have NEVER been given a brown paper bag full of product without seeing it. What we did notice is that you asked to see many pipes, couldn't make up your mind and were left to browse while our budtender did her job. I have apologized to you on the phone, our manager apologized to you on the phone, but you are set on the blackmail route. Since blackmail is illegal, we appreciate you not coming back to our store. For example, we currently have multiple strains of premium flower priced at $10 per gram with eighths at $35. We also have half gram cartridges priced as low as $40. Our loyalty program is competitive with others in the state; however, we are excited to inform you that our loyalty program is getting a makeover. Among other things, the loyalty program is undergoing an upgrade and it will soon be indisputably the best in Alaska. Finally, we want you to know that we care greatly for each and every customer.
