By far the worst customer service in town. At least once a week theres a misprint on the text they send out then you get there and the manger with blue hair doesn't honor it (thats okay) whats not okay is how they feel the need to argue back and forth. Once again you guys show that your employees are not capable of doing a simple job. We live five mins away but would rather drive into town to get our medicine. That says alot. Don't get me wrong most of the employees are great but some really need to consider different carrier paths.

Had a really long day yesterday decide to grab an edible and some carts last night. I came in in a bad mood after talking to nick for about 1 min i lost my attitude. One of the nicest people ive ever mad as well as very knowledgable. He made my day!! Thanks Nick!!

I go to mynt at least 3 times a week everyone always treats me great but today i was embarrassed in front of a long line of people because of the why Wyatt was handling this. I was there to return a cartridge that was making a sizzling sound i called the night before and was told to bring it in and they would exchange it. Wyatt put my cart on there battery it continued to sizzle ( the budtender originally helping tells him that she could hear the sizzling sound immediately. Wyatt then tells me it still works itll be fine i tell him im not going to use the cartridge and risk it exploding or whatever may happen ive never had this happen. He tells me that if it were to explode it would be the battery. I tell him if your not going to teturn it thats fine will just leave an not be back. He begins to argue with me with a line of 6 behind me. I tell him look man your arguing with a customer and you work in customer service you cant be arguing with your customers as to why they should still use this cartridge and how the customer is wrong. He answers me " im a customer too i buy from here" (maybe he shouldnt be smoking before work) Gretchen did her best to defuse the situation. I was embarrassed and very angry. I couldnt believe this guy was arguing with me in front of all the people that were in there over me not wanting to use a faulty cartridge.

All the bartenders are friendly and knowledgable. Jen is great always super friendly and helpful!

Both budtenders were super cool, the security guard as well but the girl taking id's has horrible customer service. She pretty muched tossed the people infront of is ID's back at them then didnt say a single word to my beter half and I she just put her hand out. Not a single word.

Went in thinking I would be able to take advantage of one of the great deals you guys usually have ($20 8th) was told they had a 8th for $28 I go ahead and grab it get home open up the bag and on the pouch the sticker says (3pac Eighth $10.65) are we just making up prices that dont match whats on the product???? Never had this problem before. Someone please get back to me.

I was in there yesterday was helped by a tall skinny guy with long hair I forget his name but i saw on the screens that he was the employee of the month for them. Great guy super knowledgeable told me about the rick Simpson oil an im on my way back now.

Also I read a comment about the owner being racist that is a joke!! I'm full on mexican my dark skin cant hide it and the 1st time I ever went in he was on the sales floor grabbing something I asked him a question and he stood there and talked to my better half and myself for well over 5 mins. One of the coolest guys I've met in this industry. So no he is not racist far from it. I see people of every race working there.
