Solid dispensary in terms of product selection (710, sherbinskis, cold fire, clones). A bit cutty to get to. Only gripe is people who check in after me get taken before me - must be something with the iPads or people not knowing who checked in first on their iPads. Secondly, the layout of products in store is a bit hard for me to sift though and could be optimized by either having a list of products with corresponding price to make it easier or add prices next to the display products in the display case. I find my self wanting to use your online menu while in store because the displays are so hard to navigate and lack pricing but I don’t get cell service.

I ordered and paid for a delivery. Caliva sold the product before my delivery window and “canceled” my delivery. This caused me to miss a huge sale with my favorite brand as a medical patient and caused a huge inconvenience for my work day. Placed an order in the morning and payed with AeroPay. 4 minutes before my delivery window I received a text saying that half my order is out of stock and to look at the menu again. The menu had all items in my order listed as in stock so I asked a question and was ghosted. After following up half way through my delivery window, I received another text saying it’s all sold out, it was a busy day. As if I didn’t have to adjust my busy day to be available for a 1-4pm delivery window for product I already paid for. Overall huge lack of customer empathy or terrible back office order management to sell products that were paid for and reserved for delivery. Either way, I will have to strongly reconsider doing business with this company again after this as they don’t seem to respect customers time or products they’ve paid to have delivered - despite having several successful deliveries with Caliva leading up to this issue.

Great selection of top shelf brands (710, CBX, A Golden State, Los Angeles Kush). Great online ordering and online payments flow. Reliable delivery from San Jose to RWC. Online order pick up line is fast, budtenders are conscious of the line and move though it accordingly. If a mistake is made, they fix it promptly. Open more stores!

Similar to the San Jose location, airfield RWC deploys a double checkin process to best match the speed of TSA and give consumers the authentic airport experience. While I have been told why several times; “it’s like a bouncer checkin ids before you get into a bar” the bar doesn’t then proceed to check me in again and give me a run down of all specials without asking if I already ordered. Airfield is one of the only dispensaries in the SF Bay Area to have this process. Optimizing this process would be the biggest win for both airfield locations. Other than that, online ordering AND online payments with quick fulfillment and good brands (CBX, A Golden State). We recommend always ordering and paying online with airfield for a quicker experience. Store design and layout is super lack luster and sterile, lots of empty wasted space and missing that cultural element/vibe the San Jose store has. Delivery is fulfilled out of San Jose, making the shipping experience fragmented when in need of delivery (RWC has different inventory than Delivery so you may not be able to get what you want).

Clean, sterile, online ordering AND online payments. Some good brands (CBX, Sense). We recommend ordering and paying online for the quickest pick-up service on the mid-peninsula. Super fast order fulfillment (6 stars) and fun seasonal pins to collect at checkout counter. Quick deliver in RWC if you can’t get downtown. Personally don’t vibe with apple store dispensaries but the folks have been nice and the service has been fast so I keep coming back. This dispensary layout and design was the highest scored retail applicant by RWC and it shows. Not a lot of value added with the cloud center piece though.

Pros: - Some good brands (710, CBX, Sherbinski). - Online ordering. - Online express pickup line (occasionally honored). Cons: - Slow check-in and waiting line. If you do not order online and have to wait in the normal line, you’re screwed, enjoy your 30 minute wait. - Missing login button for online ordering requiring us to upload our id every order and no way to set up online payments without going into the shop, scanning the QR at checkout and creating an account while everyone else waits. - Bud tenders are not always knowledgeable about cannabis and prefer to converse with customers instead of moving through the line. - If there is a normal to hot girl in the regular line, bud tenders will forget to prioritize online express pickup line. - People here are just outright slow and generally unaware of the line/how many people are waiting in the shop. - Some of the dudes have a bit of a “cool guys” attitude which is really unnecessary. - Some back office employee told CBX that pure beauty is more top shelf 😂.
