This place is mediocre at best. They rarely have a good selection, the quality is average/slightly below average, so picking out a good quality strain is hard here and I hardly like any of these guys strains, even the ones I like from other dispensaries. 30$ for nonmembers can get you 10x the quality in Denver. Also this location is in a trailer, kind of ghetto in my opinion. This franchise used to be about quality, now it seems like they are concerned with pushing par quality buds for the springs with a springs price.

Stopped by Elevations since it just opened. Usually I'm very skeptical of new dispensaries (especially ones in this area). I'm glad I stopped by, because this place just became my new favorite dispensary. The staff was polite and very professional. I would definitely check this place if you are in the area. Best strains and quality I've seen in Colorado Springs.

I love AOM, they have been my caregivers for over 2 years now. The prices here are amazing along with the quality. The location here is really convenient for me, and I think it is the best dispensary hands down in north Colorado Springs. If you haven't checked this place out, then you are missing out on amazing quality and prices.

I love this place, it is my go to place for FoCo. I'm in love with their girl scout cookies, and I have not had the phenotype they had since I'd been to California in bay area where it originated. I really love this place and this staff is always so nice and professional. Best place over all in northern Colorado

This is my one and only go to place for fort collins. I have checked out the other dispensaries that have opened since the beginning of this summer when they were let back in, and Organic Alternatives wins hands down. They have the best location of all the dispensaries in Foco, friendliest staff, and I would venture to say that they have some of the best medicine in all of northern Colorado.
