There is nobody in the 40 mile radius that offers the highest quality and best concentrates starting at $25 a gram. The live resin is even at a great price. The only place to go. If you are a veteran you get a discount too which is nice. The people that work there actually care about you and don't push anything on you. Thanks Verts!

I recently switched caregivers to you guys and I got to say I it was a very good decision. Quality of the bud is amazing! they have the best selection for concentrates In my personal opinion between the variety, price,and quality.. it's not the cheapest in town but who wants the cheapest weed, not I. out of the few places we got in town. Verts is the first recommendation I give.

This place is the only store where I can count on them having dank products at a price a patient can appreciate. Verts is a good example of what a progressive dispensary should look like. Their staff has consistently good attitudes and they treat their patients well. I shop for shatter and occasionally flower their. The Craft Panacea line is my favorite so far. Can't complain about the distillate either. The environment is good for me, it has good lightening. I can see the products. Other stores in town are so dark it feels weird. Henry is my go to bud tender, professional.

The weed is pretty mediocre but for the price I can see why broke college kids go there. They have a super small selection of products and the bud-tenders had no clue about the products they were so desperately trying to push. The location could not have be worse. Though everyone was friendly, the woman named Cayman was a complete and total ****. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money at this place.
I am pretty bummed to hear that you had some negative experiences at our store. I'm so sorry that you felt this upset about whatever happened, and I would be happy to help make the situation right.
The range of our selection varies depending on the day and time. Which products specifically were you looking for that we had a super small selection of?
I am also extremely surprised to hear that the bud-tenders didn't know what they were talking about, as I personally oversee their sales and my entire team definitely knows their stuff. We do not hire anyone who doesn't have a wealth of cannabis knowledge, and we don't allow our bud-tenders to be pushy salesmen.
Lastly, I would greatly appreciate it if you refrained from using extremely offensive language when referring to specific members of my staff. I'm eager to help you out, but only if we can do so without animosity like that. We are always wanting to help upset customers, so there's no need for profanity :)

All the flower looks the same. They make you wait in line for quite a while to then find out they changed the prices on there wax again. I thought having a medical card had its benefits, defiantly not at this place.
So sorry that you didn't have a good experience at Verts! I am eager to know some more details about the changing of concentrate prices. With the exception of special one-time sales, or our weekly concentrate discounts, our concentrate prices have continuously gone down in the last 6 months. I also know for certain that we offer the lowest prices on concentrates in town. Right now we are doing a huge deal for the entire weekend, with grams of concentrate as low as $15!

When they opened for rec I stopped in and was delighted by the service by Susie. Very nice. Made it my regular place. I started noticing the customer service started going downhill a bit. Not by Susie though, she was always great. Cayman, on the other hand was super cold. I even tried starting a conversation with her since we are both from santa Cruz, but she was really cold and wasn't having it. I have brought in several new customers and a couple of times I didn't buy anything as I was just bringing in someone new and I noticed that no one even said hi to me. Thought that was weird but git to thinking and it occurred to me that I usually only buy a gram of wax at a time and they are obviously wanting me to buy more. Unfortunately, I'm on a budget so I get what I can.
On my last trip, I had received a text thanking me for my patronage and offering me 20% off on a gram of concentrate. The next day I went in to redeem it and was denied the discount because I came in the day after the message was sent and I could have come into the store a bunch of times to keep redeeming the 20%. I told them this was the first time and that I wouldn't try to get over on them anyway. They still denied me the discount even though they could have looked on their computer as it records every person and their transaction. That was too much work for them so they decided to deny me instead. What an embarrassment! I won't ever come back.
