The store always gets hot on hot days so a lot of their inventory gets messed up because of that. I once bought an edible from here luckily i went to take some as i had left the store and noticed that the edible had melted into the package. They replaced the product with another melty product that was still melted some but just not as much. I have found other places to shop as this isn't the only issue i've had with the store. If you are a medical patient I would look into other dispensary's.
Just got a gram of sap and so much of it was spilt on the lid I could barely open it. Definitely should’ve checked it before I left, such a bummer.
Hey there!! SO sorry that this happened. Sometimes this happens in the vendor's manufacturing facility before it is even sent to the store. We do our best to check each gram as it comes in, however, we deal with so much volume that sometimes a messy gram slips under our noses. As someone who goes through roughly an ounce of weed a week, I have been a customer at majority of the dispensaries in the area a number of times. I can say that whenever I go into Verts I am given the absolute worst recommendations for what to buy both in terms of price and quality of flower/concentrate. They certainly don't have the "patient" in mind and simply want to try to make the most money off of whoever walks through the door and it's obvious as they continulosly fail to mention deals on products and member opportunities for returning customers. If you're looking for good weed at a respectful price look elsewhere!

Our store and our team have literally never had a mindset of "making the most money" off whoever comes in... we always put customer service first. Best thing about this spot is the location. Convenient. Close to my house and school. Not very discreet and not the best set up. Prices are ok. Products are ok. Nice staff.
Thank you for the honest review! We do love our location and its' convenience. Not entirely certain what you mean about not being discreet... we love the work we do and have nothing to hide! The set up is currently in progress of being changed up... we are expanding the store so that med and rec will be in separate units of the same building. When that happens there will be a much more welcoming vibe without the silly curtains (that was a state requirement- not our idea!) and a much larger, more manageable space!
Hands down best dispensary in CO. You’re wasting your time and money anywhere else!

There are myriad stores to choose from in Fort Collins, and we have tried most of them. Verts is the only one we choose to return to on a regular basis. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, each and every time. The store itself is warm and comfortable, an inviting place in which to do business. Verts also carries quality product, and a wide selection of said product. Their prices are more than fair, and suit whatever mood you are in to spend—I can go in and spend $10 or $100 and I always feel like I got a great deal. Do yourself a favor and choose Verts, you’ll feel good about your choice.

I'm not an expert at weed but why I do know is this place isn't it seems like they don't flush their plants out and leave chemicals or something, also I saw a post about moldy weed. Yeah no thanks.
Hey there. So sorry that you got some product that wasn't up to your standards! We had some climate control issues at our warehouse a few months back, so some of the bud came out less stellar than we wanted. We made an effort to make sure that none of that sub-par flower made it onto the shelves, but it appears that some of it did. I love this place! I just moved from the Denver area to Estes, luckily I work right around the corner from here. I shopped a bunch of places before I landed at verts. Well they got my membership! Great buds and great people.

If you are a medical patient buy your flower elsewhere unless you want to ingest pm(premold) or buds that are dipped in hydrogen peroxide to kill the mold that is how much VERT'S cares about their patients. They will as a company sell tainted product to PATIENTS WHO ARE SICK potentially causing them additional complications just so they can continue to rack in the money. Do not be fooled people of FORT COLLINS and beyond this place is nothing special. As for management there was a bunch of ppl standing around looking clueless maybe one of them was in "charge". The prices on wax change on the daily so you don't know what to expect coming in. It's just a small time operation and it shows
GSD- Sorry that you have had a bad experience. We had some climate issues at our grow and did our best to ensure that any affected product did not get sold, but it appears that some slipped through.
