Wakanda
Wakanda is a sativa-dominant hybrid from California's Highline Nursery, bred by crossing Nigerian Silver with Purple Punch. Don't confuse it with Wakanda OG, the unrelated GG4, OG Kush, and GSC cross that sometimes gets shortened to the same name on dispensary menus.
Wakanda isn't shy about the sweeter side of its genetics. Vanilla and orange soda lead the aroma, followed by a funky, earthy streak that keeps the profile from turning straight candy. Highline also selected the cultivar for heavy resin production, giving the flowers plenty of frost to go with that loud citrus-and-cream character.
The high has built a reputation for staying bright and lively, with euphoric, giggly, and creative notes showing up alongside an energetic cerebral push. That makes this Wakanda a very different animal from the heavier, gas-driven Wakanda OG.
