Truthband tells on itself the moment the jar opens. Sharp diesel, lemon, and musk announce the arrival, with spiced fruit bringing up the rear. Associated with Ras-Truth of Emerald Mountain and released through Humboldt Seed Organisation as 707 Truthband, this hybrid is commonly traced to 707 Headband × The Truth, although the original pedigree isn’t conclusively documented. Variety of Cannabis also offers a feminized version tied to that same line.

The aroma has an oily, gassy edge, rounded out by pine and sweet fruit. Growers have described everything from grape on the exhale to mango and piña colada notes in different selections. Lemon and spice keep the sweetness sharp. The fruit changes with the cut; the fuel doesn’t believe in an inside voice.

Large, resinous colas develop along strong branches, with reddish and purple coloring appearing during flower. Some selections produce fuller, loosely arranged buds, while others finish more compact. Between the color and the resin, Truthband gives the jar plenty to show off before the lid gives it away.

Smokers report a pronounced cerebral buzz paired with physical calm, an appetite bump, and relaxation that can get firmly couch-bound. Some describe a livelier mental ride than the indica label suggests, while others emphasize the lingering body effects. The head can keep wandering after the legs have declined further invitations.

Truthband grows vigorously, developing substantial side branches and an open structure that lets light reach farther into the plant. Variety of Cannabis describes its version as medium-to-large or tall, with abundant colas and suitability for indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse cultivation. Temperate Mediterranean conditions suit its outdoor growth.

Flowering time depends on the release. Variety of Cannabis lists approximately 65 days, while the early Humboldt Seed Organisation description puts 707 Truthband at approximately ten weeks indoors, with an outdoor finish around the first week of October in suitable Northern Hemisphere conditions. Both are documented as feminized photoperiod offerings.

Strong branches support the large flowers, and growers have reported substantial yields, though a dependable yield figure across selections is unavailable. Variety of Cannabis describes resilience to mold, pests, and growing mistakes; that remains a breeder claim rather than immunity. Give this vigorous plant enough room to show its structure. “Open growth” stops meaning much when the canopy is elbowing the walls.
