Rainbow Sherbet, also spelled Rainbow Sherbert, crosses Champagne with Blackberry, and that's about where the clean paperwork ends. The original breeder has faded into cannabis history, but the strain didn't. Sweet berries, fruit, and herbs made Rainbow Sherbet memorable enough that multiple breeders have since put their own spin on the Champagne × Blackberry formula.
The name does a pretty good job of spoiling the flavor.
