Exotic Genetix bred Rainbow Chip by crossing Sunset Sherbet with Mint Chocolate Chip, landing squarely between fruity dessert weed and the darker chocolate-mint funk of its parents.
The nose leads sweet, with sugar and ripe berries opening into tropical fruit, mint, chocolate, and an earthy herbal edge. That combination gives Rainbow Chip more depth than the name suggests. There's plenty of candy in the jar, but Mint Chocolate Chip keeps the whole thing from turning into a straight fruit bowl.
