Mochi, also known as Mochi Gelato, Mochilato and Gelato 47, is a cross of Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies created by San Francisco breeder Sherbinskis. According to Sherbinskis, it tastes like the Japanese frozen dessert for which it’s named, fruity and sweet with a hint of mint. The strain’s floral scent mixes with earthy, vanilla undertones.

Mochi grows short and compact with a flowering time of 9-10 weeks. Sources online report it is moderately difficult to grow. The hardy plant produces plenty of large, tight buds that turn purple if exposed to cooler temperatures late in the season. Mochi is said to have great “bag appeal” with deep green and purple foliage, orange and red pistils, and a glistening coating of trichomes.

Got a defect, it happens.
1 star
Preroll Altrd Mochi is 1 star because I got a defective preroll. The mango store and team are all 5 stars. Came in with the tube, describing the issues: loose, only .7 grams when listing as a full gram (I have a scale at home) and was willing to purchase a secondary, just to open and see if also defective. The manager opened one for me, we both confirmed it was correct full gram and I musta gotten a defective cone missed in the review process and gave me a free preroll for the issues. The mochi flower is great. But 1 star now for receiving a defect. Again, the Manago store & company is awesome and handled the issues incredibly well.
