L'Orange speaks French, but the flower does most of the talking in citrus. Two producer-listed family trees carry the name, with fresh orange at the center of both.
Origin 1: Cannabiotix crosses Orange Crush with Lemon Burst Pheno #37. This sativa-leaning selection brings a room-filling sliced-orange aroma and resin that clings to fingertips when the flower breaks apart. Cannabiotix lists THC at 27–31% and total terpenes at 2.2–2.4%. The juice comes with some grip.
Origin 2: RYTHM’s L'Orange pairs Oregon Lemon with Orange Crush. The producer classifies it as a sativa, with sweet orange zest and bright citrus aromas. Its flower carries sweet-earth undertones beneath the peel, with resinous green buds and vivid orange hairs.
Across L'Orange smoker reports, orange and citrus dominate the flavor, sometimes joined by a cool menthol edge. Sweetness fills out the middle, while earthy and herbal notes keep the finish from turning into straight orange juice.
Focus and energy are recurring themes in smokers’ accounts of L'Orange strain effects. Some also describe an upbeat, creative mood, giving the name a daytime following. Others mention a racier experience with heavier sessions. Fresh-squeezed flavor, occasionally overcaffeinated conversation.
Cannabiotix’s L'Orange is an in-house selection with notably sticky resin production. The breeder emphasizes giving the flowers time to mature rather than rushing the finish.
A reliable flowering schedule, mature height, and yield range for both producer selections are not established. Growers working with L'Orange clones should use specifications for their particular cut; seed offerings under the same name may produce different expressions.
Resin production and citrus intensity are useful traits to track when selecting plants. Keep notes on structure, flowering progress, and finished aroma so the keeper earns its place on more than a promising name.
