The strain was bred by Washington’s Exotic Genetix by pollinating a Blackberry Kush female from Alien Genetics with pollen from an F2 Starfighter male. The end result combines the potency of its mother with the resin frostiness of its father.
The strain has won several awards, including 1st place at the 2015 Dope Cup in Seattle.
Kimbo Kush reportedly grows to a medium height, producing medium-to-heavy yields of large, fluffy, berry-flavored buds in a 50-to-56 day flowering cycle.
It can be grown both indoors and outdoors, and responds well to topping.
