Named after the sweet Mexican agua fresca, Horchata is a balanced hybrid created by California-based breeder Compound Genetics. Its parent strains, both also hybrids, are Compound Genetics' Jet Fuel Gelato and Sherbinskis' Mochi Gelato. Reminiscent of the beverage, Horchata has a distinct flavor and aroma. Fruity, floral, sweet, and earthy notes have been reported, with hints of cinnamon and spices, rounded out by a touch of creaminess. The buds are dense, light green in color, covered in orange pistils, and topped with icy crystal trichomes.
