Dawg Daze

Dawg Daze is the name of several contemporary strains, as well as a legendary hybrid reportedly created and then subsequently lost by famed cultivator Greg Krzanowski. While the more storied strain is typically identified as a cross of Northern Lights and Haze with Chemdawg, only Krzanowski can say for certain.

When it comes to strains that haven't mysteriously disappeared from the face of the earth, one of the most common varieties is a cross of Stardawg and Highwayman, attributed by various sources to grower Philip Hague. The other is a cross of Super Silver Haze and Chemdawg, which has hazier origins and a distinctly different flavor profile. While the Stardawg and Highwayman cross reportedly has a complex flavor that some even consider savory, the Super Silver Haze and Chemdawg combo has more classic lemon and skunk notes.
