Cherry Sunset

Not to be confused with the Sunset Cherries strain from Perfect Tree (Sunset Sherbet x Cherrytini) or Sunset Cherry Marker by Best Coast Genetics (Cherry Gelato x Sunset Sherbet x Permanent Marker), Cherry Sunset is the name of several exotic hybrids.

One of the best-documented varieties is attributed to World Trade Genetics, which created its strain from a combination of Sunny D Mac and Brandywine. Typically described as a sativa-dominant hybrid, this variety reportedly has a dynamic flavor profile that ranges from creamy cherry to fruity mint.

The more common variety of Cherry Sunset is a well-balanced hybrid and sometimes credited to multiple breeders, though there is little firm evidence to support a particular attribution. Fans typically report a potent strain with visually appealing buds that can skew purple and often feature a generous coat of orange pistils. It's said to produce a relaxed but creeping high.
