Blue Power started with a small seed drop and left a long genetic footprint. Las Vegas breeder Sin City Seeds created it in 2010 by crossing a female Power clone with a male White Moonshine. Power combines Sour Dubble and Master Kush, while White Moonshine pairs The White with Blue Moonshine. A limited F1 release followed in 2012, with the F2 reaching a wider audience in 2013.
That first release had a longer reach than its size suggested. Blue Power became foundational breeding stock for Sin City Seeds, contributing to cultivars including SinMint Cookies. Its lasting contribution is a family tree that keeps the Kush, fruit, and funk in circulation.
The profile puts blueberry sweetness against sour, earthy Kush, with some selections showing a creamy edge. Compact, dense flowers carry pronounced trichome coverage over green buds that can show blue or purple tones. Frost does most of the showing off.
Longtime fans describe a happy, sometimes creative opening that gradually gives way to deeper physical relaxation. The berries make the introduction; the Kush sticks around.
