Update!!!

Took my 20 mile peaceful ride to Trilogy to be disgraced by an employee and told not to come back because my poodle marked in their( not) pet friendly location.Again...this employee said here's your stuff..dont come back...unreal unreal service.I will pass the word...not pet friendly..not at all!!!

Trilogy Is Helpful and Full of Value

The folks at Trilogy are helpful and take their time to explain new products without being pushy. Their prices are competitive with a generous rewards program. I have not had a long wait at their location and have enjoyed the curbside pick up.

I went in for penny Tuesday. If I didn't look at my receipt I would of been paying $5.01 for the penny item. I went Bain to get my refund and the manager on duty (young woman with the nose rings) gave me a hard time about my refund. That was the last time they get my money. Pay attention to your receipt. They do not know how to to be honest at Trilogy!

Was cheated out of my points when i told the Poor attitude Bud tender at register 3 that she was wrong i got hit with nothing but a bad attitude the manager was call and she also jad a very bad attitude. Finally they admit they was wrong and with the same bad attitude rild me she was giving me points but you cant give me what i paid for and earned. I am a veteran and the way i was talkex to today by this bad attitude bud lady she needs to go back to McDonald's with that attitude I give the whole staff a 1 Star gor bad service.

Trilogy Wellness is better at everything

I've been shopping at Trilogy for over a year, and this is easily my favorite dispensary in Maryland. They are very careful about the quality of flower they provide, and the product is always fresh. The budtenders are well-informed and well-spoken; great at answering questions. Their point system is easy to understand and use. Curbside service has been excellent for those of us with a little patience and understanding.

a pot store! this is something I dreamed about all my life (67 now). Trilogy was a welcome surprise. Shawn came out to talk to me while I was signing my paperwork. Then inside the "magical door" Shawn was again extremely helpful. senior citizens discount too!. I got a lot of really good information and I was treated like a woman, not just an old woman I like Trilogy very much and I expect it to become my home dispensary. Also, the prices are very good and Shawn's goal seemed to be to sell me what I needed, not what would produce a profit. I understand all the taxes associated with legal pot, but that considered, their prices are good. Thanx again Trilogy and Shawn (he has great hair!)
