Hello Muzick, we are very disappointed to read your review and we take your claims of unfair treatment very seriously. Thank you for providing the details of the time and day that your transaction occurred--it has allowed us to investigate the situation using multiple HD facial-recognition cameras and time-stamped footage. After reviewing this nearly 20-minute visit in detail, what we saw does not corroborate your claims in any way shape or form. First, the employee you levied these abhorrent accusations against spent nearly 20 minutes consulting with you, showing you products, and providing the best customer service she could, even going so far as to walk with you over to the retail display wall and explain how our torches work. Next, there was no other patients in the store shopping during your visit except 1, who both came in and left within the time you were shopping (and who's bag was clearly stapled shut with the receipt). Lastly, at the end of the transaction, it is crystal clear exactly when she informs you of our policy regarding exit bags and stapling the receipt (in our attempt to stay as compliant with MMCC regulations as possible) and you seemed perfectly content and happy to hand the receipt back and help her staple it to the bag. The exchange even ended with what we could see on camera was a friendly handshake and she then proceeded to walk you to the door as a gesture of kindness. We stand behind our employee in this matter and we stand together in our mission to provide exceptional customer service to every patient who walks through our doors, regardless of race, religion, height, weight, or any other demographic division by which someone might choose to divide society.
