The people are great, really nice. its strange that i cant use reward points that ive earned on buds that i like because they put them on discount. we were told we can use veterans discounts on every transaction, they meant to say every transaction thats not Flora. so basically i cant use any benefits here because the buds i like are discounted. other stores allow your veterans discount and rewards points that you’ve earned on the same transaction. why get rewards when i cant use them when i want? i feel cheated

Regarding using loyalty points in conjunction with discounted flower our policy is that all clearance items are final price, therefore no further discounts are available on already discounted items. If you're eligible for more than 1 discount, your PCA will be able to help you determine which one gets you the best price on your purchase, as discounts cannot be combined. We appreciate having you as a patient and hope we can have another opportunity to serve you again soon!

I bought a disposable vape pen here and it died after two days, meaning a lot of the oil was left unused. When I complained, they replaced it with the same product that also lasted literally 48 hours before dying. They said “it’s a gamble buying disposable vapes”, because the batteries can come dead. I don’t come to the dispensary to gamble… if I pay fifty dollars for a vape pen, it needs to work. Otherwise, don’t carry the product and sell it to people. Not to mention they don’t let you combine your Loyalty points with discounted products. Both other dispensaries in the area (Greenlight and Feel State) let you do that. Unimpressed.
