I was excited when I picked up my order. I took a 6 month break and when I resumed again. They had exactly what I was using before I stopped. Awesome place and the prices are amazing. Not sure why the ratings are bad. The place is in a sketchy neighborhood but who cares!

Browsing weedmaps for well priced product led me to this businesses on a Friday night around 6:30 for newly listed items. Purchased 2 1/2 oz for $50 each. Smokes well. Business was fully staffed with a few people on register. Was second in line helped in less than a minute. Was cheapest list price for product outside of baltimore at time. Cash only.

From the front desk all the way to the pre-order system, I never have a problem with story at Hyattsville

They hike prices since they know they’re the only dispensary in the Hyattsville area. I’ll give them 2 stars because at least they have an okay selection.

This dispensary tends to close early even for med patients. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere they actually care & actually stay open the time they advertise. Update: spoke to manager (shi or however you spell it) about this issue, she seemed so uninterested and careless, she really tried to excuse her co workers actions with an excuse about the area being dangerous at night? 💀💀💀 I grew up in the area I understand but if that’s really this dispensary’s issue you need to change your hours. What I also found amusing is the same broken armed co worker (tai how ever you spell it) that closed early has presented herself as completely unprofessional by coming off bothered while checking in patients and seeming disturbed because she was eating at her desk. She was “working through lunch”, & had the whole lobby smelling awful with her food. I truly hope someone that actually cares sees this and does something about it, after speaking to employees of story in silver spring and other dispensaries I know that closing early was wrong of them.

this was my 2nd trip to a story dispensary and it wasn't any better. the budtender was untrained and didn't put someone's joint in the bag and refused to honor first time patient discount for me which the manager had to inform her of. then made me wait behind 2 other rec customers in violation of regulations. manager wasn't open to talking about what happened and rushed me out. 3 people standing up front doing nothing and couldn't get the job done smoothly.

Made my order on Weedmap, got confirmation of receipt. Never heard back. Forget it. Too much trouble to deal w/.

It’s unbelievable that once us, the voters vote to legalize our right to smoke these trash ass dispensaries start acting a damn fool. Placed my online order for pick up at 4:15 pm this afternoon, have not seen it pass the “order received” & it is now 5:51 pm. Can’t call the stupid store because “their” number can’t be completed as dialed. Get this crap together or forgone your dispensary license.

Put in an online order, and showed up with the money. Only for them to say they “don’t get” Weedmaps orders and that the item I wanted, listed as $15, was actually going to cost $55. Needless to say I won’t be going back
