this was my 2nd trip to a story dispensary and it wasn't any better. the budtender was untrained and didn't put someone's joint in the bag and refused to honor first time patient discount for me which the manager had to inform her of. then made me wait behind 2 other rec customers in violation of regulations. manager wasn't open to talking about what happened and rushed me out. 3 people standing up front doing nothing and couldn't get the job done smoothly.

Brandon the manager refused to honor the listed price and deals on Weedmaps saying they don't work with Weedmaps. refused to give me number for clinical director or name even. in violation of comar regulations. plus 1 check in so you have to wait for all the new rec people. if they don't give you clinical director info they're violating mmcc mca law

45 minutes for a curbside online pick up order is utterly insane. adding insult to injury they tried overcharging me compared to my weedmaps order then tried to not give me my change that was nearly ten dollars! wtf is going on here?

Had a great experience here. Got an insane deal on an ounce. they honored their text message price, not even a seconds hesitation. to the review under mine...when you have quality product for an insane price it's hard to keep it in stock. I think they've done a great job to make sure they constantly have stuff coming in. They sell their concentrates to other shops too if you really need them.

Just had my first experience there. The dispensary is beautiful and the intake was painless. While they did not have what I came for, they more than made up for it with their selection and customer service and excellent pricing. definitely will return!!!
