This was the first dispensary I experienced in OR. The staff is helpful, engaged and knowledgeable. The decor has a minimalist vibe. Bright interior with the right amount of product inside. It doesn’t feel crowded and there isn’t an extreme pressure to purchase anything you don’t need. The focus is primarily on the cannabis but it’s also like “psst hey, we got some sweet gear and accessories over here too...”. Some great artistic pieces can be found if you’re looking for something unique or decorative. Prices range mid to high but they do have good deals from time to time & a loyalties points program. Would highly recommend a peak in. This is cannabis retail done right.

Why Go Anywhere Else?

This is the best dispensary out there. The atmosphere is open and bright - finally, a cheery dispensary (rather than dark and hidden away). It’s posh feel is definitely a little hip and instagram-modelly, but it’s really makes for a nice experience. It’s priced a little higher, but it’s worth it: the flower is ALWAYS good. They organize everything so clearly and easy for all levels of potheads. The staff are absolutely awesome. So chill, professional, and always know what they’re talking about. They make it feel like I’m headed over to a really clean friend’s house. They always seem one-step ahead of the game, with a little delivery Fiat sitting outside. Their website is fresh. Their logo is clean and crisp. I honestly don’t know why I continue to check out other dispensaries. I guess I want to shop around and get new experiences. But Serra on Belmont is a dream. I almost enjoy running low on pot, just so I can go back.

I just stopped in for the first time and this place is wonderful all around. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the space is beautiful, and the selection is quite impressive. They even weighed out flower to an exact dollar amount. This is my new spot for sure.

First bad experience I've had at a Portland dispensary.... Had issues returning CO2 cartridge and their premium bud just isn't that great, especially for the price. Staff was also a bunch of weirdos compared to the cool people at all the other dispensaries - won't be back.
