I ran into every tech/internet problem you can imagine, but Jojo took a step of faith and wouldn’t quit until she found exactly what I needed and wanted. Troubleshooting for hours, zero excuses, pure determination and generosity. “Great” doesn’t even cover it. I told her boss and her whole team — hire more people like Jojo. I just drove from downtown Fort Lauderdale to Hallandale to visit Sanctuary Dispensary. On the way, I stopped at a gas station to use the restroom, but it was out of order. By the time I arrived, as a senior citizen with incontinence issues, I was in urgent need of a restroom and was afraid I was going to have an accident. Since I wasn't wearing any protective garments, I quickly parked and went behind the strip mall to relieve myself. When I went into the dispensary, I was refused service by a young employee who told me I should have come inside and used the restroom. I explained that when you have incontinence issues, sometimes you don't have the luxury of waiting. He then started talking about state regulations. I understand businesses have policies to follow, but a little understanding and compassion would have gone a long way.
