Staff is always great, but over the past year things seem to have taken a turn for the worse. Not sure if it's a management change or what, but every time I'm there things are a cluster F. Orders not ready, it's rare to see anyone from management hop on a register to knock out a long line of customers, employees ringing orders tend to have to wait a while to get orders from the people in back. I always see like 7+ people crammed in the back and maybe 3 people on registers when there's a line to the door. I actually choose to buy recreational from Zen Leaf rather than go to Rise...the prices at Rise have to be better than rec and then I'll buy from Rise, but that's a rare occasion. I used to come in everyday because of some of the staff, but things have really changed at the Naperville location. When Nick was running the store things seemed better, maybe not perfect. I'm not sure who's in charge now, but it doesn't seem like they were a step up from previous management.
