Came in while on a business trip and bought 2 prerolls and a 510 cartridge. Prerolls were listed online as 28.4% THC and upon purchasing them, I noticed they're actually .4% THC and 28.4% THC-A. I basically paid $30 for 2 hemp prerolls. As for the cartridge, it was packaged in October of 2025 and the oil had oxidized to the point that it was already clogged out of the package. Spent $85 and got some boof and an unusable cartridge. Staff was friendly, but overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

He was very sweet and took his time to help me find a product that fit me best! He's been the only one to actually take the time to listen to me and help me find something to fit my needs. Company with a broken moral compass

Discrimination is very real within management. Harassment is just the tip of the iceberg. When you bring up concerns for raises ,discrimination and harassment they either write you up or terminate you to protect their managers ... crooked company in corporate greed. Especially when I was being harassed by a manager Glenn in lombard and it was brought up to my GM Alex and the district manager Tracy they absolutely did nothing and further protected management blindly. I believe the state would like to know how loosely they share personal information regarding people's medical conditions. They do zero training on the HIPAA act and protecting personal information of its employees that I've seen.

Placed an order for an item online that was confirmed to arrive to find out the items description was wrong and the item is not in stock. I was then told it was the same thing. It’s not the same. There is a large difference between a live resin and live flower. If it was the same the name would be the same. I also inquired about my points and was told I only have a $5 value. Funny when I checked with another location I had $80. This place is a joke and doesn’t even have accurate menus or any product knowledge.
