I have been visiting this place often. I don’t have any issues with the employees at the counter. They aware I’m deaf and knew what to do to communicate with me. I assume there was other deaf customers coming there. Other than this, I usually come when I find stuff on sale I like. Some great deals.

Very modern design and minimalist; bud tenders super helpful and the pricing is consistent with other Illinois recreational spots. Give it time and the prices in Illinois will adjust to meet demand expectations as more dispensaries come to market.

Great place!

I originally was going to have a much more thought-out and click-bait-y title but went generic simply because I don't want everyone to know it's the best place around to go for recreational users. But I love them so much that I owe them a 5-star review so meh. I just moved much farther away from this store and I'm tempted to still keep going despite the distance.

Great service and great weed

My experience was short and sweet, which is what I greatly prefer. My budtender was Vanessa and she was descriptive, knowledgeable and helpful. The entire process from entering the door, until getting back into my car was roughly 10-15 minutes. Will 100% be coming back!

First time at zen leaf

My friend and I decided on a last minute decision to run over to zenleaf around 9pm on a Saturday. We walked in ordered on the kiosks and i was greeted by Kirsten. She helped me set up my rewards and made sure I was happy with my order and asked if I needed to add or change anything. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back!

Felt rushed

Not much time to actually look at the menu / ask question / get ref recommendations. I was pretty rushed through the process. Make sure you check out the menu ahead of time, maybe even order online. You won’t have much time to browse the menu in store. They did have some good specials though and a seemingly large selection

I recently brought products from the store and had a problem with it the Vape cartridge would not dispense when I called the store I was put on hold for half an hour and then when I finally got ahold of someone I was treated extremely rudely and told to go away it's my problem now I never been treated that way from the store that I spent money at in my life so I won't be spending any more money there at that store good luck

Bad Product Meets Bad Service at Zen Leaf

After purchasing an Ozone cart from Zen Leaf Naperville, that was 95% empty last weekend, I filled out the paperwork they wanted, made the video, I took the photos. photocopied receipts, moments after purchase. FWIW, I've never complained one time about this issue. This cart wasn't "a little low" there was maybe two hits in it, period. I went to reddit/iltrees... I see that Zen Leaf has done the exact same thing, with the exact same brand, literally dozens of times, with just the last few months. Twitter and facebook shows the same. Knowingly selling empty Ozone carts. Complaints were made, and yet... you still sell the empty Ozone carts to people. Fully documented instances. You guys, after all this, they offered me a 15% discount. Unbelievable. Ive spent $6400 at Zen Leaf. They are throwing it away for a $60 cart. In my field, this is called "deceptive practice", this is also called "fraud". STAY AWAY FROM ZEN LEAF AND OZONE.
