Don’t like the price increases nor do I understand them but there were some new laws that went into affect - can say there hasn’t been too much I haven’t been happy with from here even w the curbside orders - keep it up guys you rock!

I have visited a lot of different dispensaries, and Pure options is in the %80 plus percentile, when it comes to their phenotypes. It doesn't matter what strain a shop has, or what price you pay for it, if the quality is subpar in my opinion. I've been to probably 50 different dispensaries in a 100 mile radius, so I'm hip to what is what... whoever has the phenotypes pure options gets, is a experienced grower.... their phenotypes are better that 95% of what Lansing has. Not name dropping... Pure Options also switches up their special (deal) strain, unlike some, who never change theirs.. I pick here almost every time I choose Lansing, because of their quality.....

The product was amazing, but I waited 3 hours for my order confermation, and it never came. I went to the shop anyways, and called when I got there... they said they were running behind, and to come back in 30 minutes. I was about to pull out, and they call me back and say wait in parking lot, your order is ready. 30 minutes later I finally get my order. Seems they are a little unorganized.

seem to have very nice product. for a few years now even. Sometimes a little pricey but yall hooked me up last time :) A1 Yola is good stuff.

It’s nice to go to a dispensary and get what your looking for. Pure options is the best place but the prices are a little on the high side. Deals are some of the best and the flower is never dirty.

They didn't have some of the Pre-rolls I had ordered. They also charged me REC instead of MED for an 1/8th when I was ordering it for the 50% off MED menu. Rip off!

I’m not sure who rolls the prerolls, or if it’s all done by machine, but after the first 6 out of 10 failed to burn properly (running or being packed too tight), I decided to open the remaining papers and put the flower into a bowl. The flower burned better out of a bowl but still didn’t taste flavorful so I doubt I will purchase prerolls again, even at 5/$25.

I love pure options every time I come to either 3 of the locations in Lansing I feel like I always leave with more than my moneys worth. I’m always satisfied with the products especially the concentrate's and herbs premium quality but not having to dump insane amounts of money

I have been going to Pure Options for a while now and was excited to read today was Pure Options first day opening after being closed to become compliant with State Law. I would expect a few issues on the first day back, but my experience was worse than expected. When I handed the two women my ID and Med Card, I interrupted a heated argument between the two of them. I made the mistake of coming between 430-530pm (rush hour) and spent over 30 minutes waiting in the lobby with 8 people in front of me. 2 of the 4 product counters were operational which would explain the longer wait times. My budtender was friendly, however I was told that Northcoast extracts were 4/$106 but when I went to pay, the manager informed me that was no longer the case and he would not honor the word of his budtender. I ended up purchasing 1 gram of Sour Diesel Sauce and was pleased with the quality of sauce but disappointed in the pricing change, especially after clarifying with the budtender before I had placed an order for 4 grams. The flower is of good quality but way overpriced at a minimum of $10/ gram. I bought an ounce of Tangie Cookies and cringed paying $280 knowing the market price on the street for equal quality flower is $100/oz. I understand that a lot of these changes are due to the new State Rules and Regulations, it’s just disappointing seeing the direction the industry is headed. I’m optimistic for the future of MMJ in Michigan, however it’s gonna need to change a few things in order to provide clean and safe meds at fair prices. UPDATE: Maggie reached out and was very professional and understanding while hearing my concerns. I have been back to Pure Options a couple of times since this first experience and will continue to support y’all as you transition to legal status.

Had been driving here for over a year from Holland. i had become pretty gokd friends with the people. so let me state this for 1 to the lady that lost her phone rhe owners name isnt sam for one for another its not fheir fauly you lost your phone take better care of your things. 2 for thebpeople bitching about the shit down. they didnt know untik the day they closed and its nit on them its on the state. zo stop bashing a great place when all the other shops are over priced and also shut down. Stulid people everywhere.

This shop has done its best to comply with the new state regulations while providing a safe place for patients to get their meds. Prices are higher than on the black market, but this isn’t a black market shop. Quality products at prices that reflect the current (legal) state regulated market. Thank you for standing by your products.

I like how people can write a review on a store that isnt even open. Those people also probably wait for someone to leave the room to talk shit about them too. Anyways, this used to be my main store, everyone that works here is awesome, and the meds are great. A+, cant wait for them to open back up

listen people, y'all went out a few months ago and voted for marijuana to be recreational in MI. SO QUIT BITCHING ABOUT GETTING TAXED ON IT. I always have a really good experience. I have had Ace two or three times now and she is super sweet and helpful. I never have to wait very long and they are never out of stock on the products I enjoy. Lots of reviews complaining about price must have forgotten what Pure Options has to offer. The facility is always clean, smells amazing, staff is welcoming, and products are lab tested. I agree that 50+ for 3.5 is high, but they offer options at lower price points and their sister stores sometimes have a wider selection on that tier. Thank you for the work you do for the MMMP community and I’ll see you soon!

Had been coming in before regulations caused a short hiatus. I enjoy the store atmosphere and am glad it's open. I was trying alot of punch and breath strains that were around before. hopping the new selection is just as good and better.
