I’m not sure who rolls the prerolls, or if it’s all done by machine, but after the first 6 out of 10 failed to burn properly (running or being packed too tight), I decided to open the remaining papers and put the flower into a bowl. The flower burned better out of a bowl but still didn’t taste flavorful so I doubt I will purchase prerolls again, even at 5/$25.

I remember you telling us that when you had your own grow operation, you would be able to regulate prices and provide top quality medicine at reasonable prices. I have seen the opposite! Your prices are over 4x the market price for medical marijuana grown by state regulated caregivers. How do you justify gouging patients for medicine? Feel free to jack up recreational prices as high as you want, but for those of us looking for a safe establishment to purchase medicine without being ripped off, I’ve lost faith in Pure Options.

Product is advertised as 200 mg edible, but the package states it’s only 180 mg? 10% less than what is advertised?!?! My friend said it best: “This tastes like weed and rubber!” I’m glad to have some products on the shelves, but these need some updating, both the recipe and the packaging to provide accurate dosage information.

It used to be worth the drive to come visit y’all when you had quality extracts at reasonable prices. Now everything is overpriced and definitely not worth the visit. The flower is priced nearly quadruple the market value and somehow is still untested? To make matters worse they are actively trying to remove honest reviews that may educate novice marijuana users on the business practices and policies of these store owners. When they start selling MIchigan Organic Rub again, I may make another visit, but currently they have nothing that I want.

I was in Mt. Morris for work and decided to stop by one of the “best reviewed” shops in the area. The building looks clean and the outside is professional looking with an expensive sign out front. The waiting room was small and I was the only one waiting. After 5-10 minutes of completing the new patient paper work I was allowed in the room with the products. I had a patient, I’ve been a caregiver for 7 years, specifically ask me to get them some “house shatter”. What I was shown was dark brown and smelled like old/moldy trim and I couldn’t believe it was being sold at a State Regulated Facility! They have so many different products for sale that are untested and unregulated. The prices were reasonable for high quality product, but they didn’t have any high quality products. I was also informed that the state has banned all vape carts until further notice, but when I returned home to Lansing, the state regulated shops were still selling them. Hopefully the market will figure itself out soon because unregulated products at unregulated prices are not good for the industry. EDIT: Your official response admits to selling poor quality and potentially dangerous products to medical patients searching for clean medicine!!! If it’s not clean and of the proper quality, you should not be selling it to MMMJ Patients. You’re supporting unsafe medical marijuana growers/producers and selling their products to people who don’t know or don’t want to know better. It’s really sad that as a medical marijuana facility you think it is ethically acceptable to sell patients products that don’t meet safety and quality standards because they can’t afford quality medicine! Shame on you!!!

This shop has done its best to comply with the new state regulations while providing a safe place for patients to get their meds. Prices are higher than on the black market, but this isn’t a black market shop. Quality products at prices that reflect the current (legal) state regulated market. Thank you for standing by your products.

I have been going to Pure Options for a while now and was excited to read today was Pure Options first day opening after being closed to become compliant with State Law. I would expect a few issues on the first day back, but my experience was worse than expected. When I handed the two women my ID and Med Card, I interrupted a heated argument between the two of them. I made the mistake of coming between 430-530pm (rush hour) and spent over 30 minutes waiting in the lobby with 8 people in front of me. 2 of the 4 product counters were operational which would explain the longer wait times. My budtender was friendly, however I was told that Northcoast extracts were 4/$106 but when I went to pay, the manager informed me that was no longer the case and he would not honor the word of his budtender. I ended up purchasing 1 gram of Sour Diesel Sauce and was pleased with the quality of sauce but disappointed in the pricing change, especially after clarifying with the budtender before I had placed an order for 4 grams. The flower is of good quality but way overpriced at a minimum of $10/ gram. I bought an ounce of Tangie Cookies and cringed paying $280 knowing the market price on the street for equal quality flower is $100/oz. I understand that a lot of these changes are due to the new State Rules and Regulations, it’s just disappointing seeing the direction the industry is headed. I’m optimistic for the future of MMJ in Michigan, however it’s gonna need to change a few things in order to provide clean and safe meds at fair prices. UPDATE: Maggie reached out and was very professional and understanding while hearing my concerns. I have been back to Pure Options a couple of times since this first experience and will continue to support y’all as you transition to legal status.
