I went with a friend, who was a first time customer. He bought a $25 eighth. He was supposed to get 42% off. The girl working even said he was going to get 42% off. She tried to use the discount as a way to try to get us to buy more flower. We got out to vehicle and took the receipt back. The girl says... Deal does not apply to bulk flower. I am the type to check, and the deal has no exclusions pertaining to bulk flower. Shame shame cake house. Lot of choices out there, and ill choose a more honest place.

I have been going to pure options for a couple years now, and lately the overall quality has went down a lot. their house strains like kush mints, wedding cake, chocolate chip, ect either no longer are available or they are no longer worth smoking. buds used to be dense, and now they are not. I feel like they are cutting corners because of declining weed prices. Not happy the last 3 times that I have went, due to low quality product.

I have never had this happen before, but yesterday I ordered an eighth, and when I arrived to pick it up, the bud tender gave me a total, and said... I gave you a free preroll... turns out she charged me for it, and I did not order it. I don't smoke dispenceey prerolls ever, because they are sucker leaf... I'm at a loss for her motivation to do this?

I have went to your shop probably 3 times, and went again yesterday (4/28/21)... I actually drive almost 2 hrs, to get to your shop. I was in your parking lot, looking at the menu, and your security guard approached me, and basically told me I couldn't sit in my vehicle and look at the menu.. He says "it's going to be a busy day, so you got to hurry" I drove 2 hours on the highway and it's very dangerous to try to drive, and look at a menu. The fact that he said hurry, makes me feel like money is all that matters... so what if I'm about to drop a couple hundred and drove 2 hours... Hurry!!! I'm a respectful person, and even your security represents your business... if I get approached like that again, I wont be back...

Bought ice cream cake, and it did not taste good

I have visited a lot of different dispensaries, and Pure options is in the %80 plus percentile, when it comes to their phenotypes. It doesn't matter what strain a shop has, or what price you pay for it, if the quality is subpar in my opinion. I've been to probably 50 different dispensaries in a 100 mile radius, so I'm hip to what is what... whoever has the phenotypes pure options gets, is a experienced grower.... their phenotypes are better that 95% of what Lansing has. Not name dropping... Pure Options also switches up their special (deal) strain, unlike some, who never change theirs.. I pick here almost every time I choose Lansing, because of their quality.....

They have a lot of nice strains right now, and the budtender was drop dead gorgeous! I'll be back!
